Travel information

Combination package consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Magic I and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation at the hotel is always provided in the most reasonably priced available room category. Embarkation always takes place on Thursdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay beforehand is mandatory. The next available embarkation will always be selected.

Notice

The holiday offer you have selected has a duration of 14 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always provided for seven days according to the program. The pre- and post-stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the embarkation day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

Lunch on board. Afterwards, continue to Edfu.

The spacious and wide beach section with its own pier invites you to linger and explore the underwater world. Hurghada Airport is about 25 kilometers away, the center of Hurghada approx. 16 kilometers.

The schauinsland-reisen original hotel was extensively renovated in winter 2025/2026 and now shines in new splendor on the first beach row of Hurghada. The complex has a total of 569 rooms, which are spread over different building areas, including newly built, popular swim-up rooms. The complex offers guests 5 different pools, which are distributed throughout the grounds down to the beach. One of the pools can be heated during the winter months, and one of the pools is exclusively for adults (16 years and older). In addition, the complex offers three children's pools, all of which can be heated. Embedded in the grounds, a spacious aquapark offers water fun for young and old: Ten different slides provide daily sliding fun, six additional slides are located especially for younger guests in the children's area. A total of 6 restaurants in the complex (one of which is for a fee) and three further à-la-carte restaurants, which are located in the adjacent SUNRISE Serano Aqua Park Resort and may be used free of charge, ensure a culinary experience. Family Suite Side Sea View/Sea View

The family suites (F2M, 50m²) are equipped like the superior rooms but consist of two separate bedrooms, one room with a double bed, one room with two single beds. The rooms have a terrace or a balcony with side or direct sea view.

Family Suite Swim Up

With the same facilities as the Family Suite Sea View, these rooms have access to a sharing pool (FSU, approx. 48m²).

With the same facilities as the Double Room Superior, these rooms (DWU) are 44m² in size and have a terrace with access to a sharing pool.

Double Room Deluxe Pool View

The rooms (DPB) have similar features to the Double Room Superior but are somewhat more spacious (approx. 35m²) and have a pool view.

Family Jacuzzi Suite

The spacious Family Jacuzzi Suite (FJZ) with sea view offers plenty of space for the whole family with two separate bedrooms (1 queen-size bed and 1 twin bedroom) (approx. 80 m²). Features include a seating area, walk-in closet, bathroom with walk-in shower, as well as a balcony with a private outdoor Jacuzzi. In addition, the suite has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, safe, minibar, hairdryer, iron, and HD/LED TV.

Junior Jacuzzi Suite

The spacious Junior Jacuzzi Suite (JJ2) with sea view offers a stylish ambience for relaxing holidays (approx. 80 m²). Equipped with a bedroom with a queen-size bed, cozy seating area, and bathroom with walk-in shower, it ensures high living comfort. A special highlight is the terrace with a private outdoor Jacuzzi. The holiday resort has six different restaurants: Heliodoro buffet restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as midnight snacks, Basilico for breakfast and dinner buffet-style as well as à-la-carte in the evening, Manzoku for Asian cuisine in the evening (à-la-carte), Manohar for Indian cuisine in the evening (à-la-carte), Yades for Greek cuisine for lunch and dinner (à-la-carte), Felucca for seafood in the evening (à-la-carte). The à-la-carte restaurants must be reserved locally; the Felucca restaurant is for a fee.
Furthermore, the following three à-la-carte restaurants are available in the evening at the neighboring hotel "SUNRISE Serano Aqua Park Resort" upon reservation: Gamila (Egyptian cuisine), Frida (Mexican cuisine), Elia (Mediterranean cuisine).
