Travel information

Combination package consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Serenity and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation at the hotel is always provided in the most affordable available room category. Embarkation always takes place on Saturdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay prior to the cruise is mandatory. The next possible embarkation date will always be selected.

Notice

The travel package you have selected has a duration of 14 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven days according to the program. The pre-cruise and post-cruise stays at the hotel depend on your arrival day and the embarkation day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

Facilities

The completely renovated 5-star Nile ship has a total of 40 beautiful outside cabins and suites, spread over three decks. All cabins and suites have a balcony. Furthermore, the luxurious ship features a main restaurant, a reception, as well as a lounge bar and a small bazaar. The ship also offers the opportunity to stay fit in the fitness area. The pool on the sun deck invites you to cool off and relax. Also, enjoy the outdoor pool with a breathtaking view of the Nile. Bath towels are provided to guests free of charge.

Executive Cabin

The Executive Cabins (KEX) are approx. 20 m² and equipped with a private bathroom, shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, minibar, safe, and a balcony (approx. 2 m²).
The Executive Cabins are located on the middle deck and upper deck.

Suite

The Suites (S2) are equipped like the Executive Cabins but are larger (approx. 27 m²). The beautiful balcony with a view of the Nile is approx. 3 m² and invites you to linger. The suites are located on the Main Deck, the middle deck, and the upper deck.
Also bookable for single use (S1).

Economy Cabin

Features same as the Executive Cabins, but slightly smaller.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (R2S) have similar equipment to the Executive Cabin but are more spacious (approx. 34 m²) and are also equipped with a balcony of approx. 4 m². They also have a sofa and two armchairs in the integrated living room.
The Royal Suites are located on all three decks.

The hotel, built in Moroccan style and part of the renowned JAZ hotel group, is located directly on the private, long sandy beach of the popular and idyllic Makadi Bay with a beautiful view of the coast. Hurghada airport is approx. 30 km away. The hotel's own reef invites you to snorkel and dive in the breathtaking underwater world of the Red Sea. The JAZ Makadina is embedded in a beautiful garden and has 270 rooms spread over several small buildings in the complex. In addition, the hotel is equipped with an inviting reception, several shops, a buffet restaurant, an à-la-carte restaurant (for a fee), and various bars. For culinary variety, besides the show cooking in the hotel restaurant, the "Dine Around" concept of Souk Makadi is available.
In the beautifully and spaciously designed garden area, there is the pool landscape with two swimming pools (one can be heated in winter) and a separate children's pool, as well as a pool bar and a beach bar. Additionally, there are two outdoor Jacuzzis (adults only) in the outdoor area.

Family Suite Superior

The Family Suites (F2U) have the same equipment as the double rooms but are slightly more spacious (approx. 47 m²) and feature an additional seating/sleeping area, which is separated from the rest of the room by a curtain.

The Family Rooms Deluxe (2DF) have the same equipment as the Family Rooms Superior. The sleeping area for children is separated from the rest of the room by a sliding door.
