Product information

Combined product of a Nile cruise on MS Magic I and a beach holiday including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. Boarding is always on Mondays. The trip must be started at least one day beforehand, as an overnight stay in Hurghada is mandatory. The earliest possible boarding will always be taken.

Day 1:
Check-out from the hotel in Hurghada, then transfer by bus (approx. 5 hours drive). On the way, you will visit the Temple of Hathor (1.2), then continue to the city of Nag Hammadi, where your cruise ship is waiting for you. Upon arrival at the port, welcome drink. Embarkation and lunch on board. Dinner on board and overnight in Nag Hammadi.
Day 2:
Breakfast on board, transfer by bus (130 km south) to visit the capital of ancient Upper Egypt, "The charming city of Luxor". The full-day tour includes a visit to the Valley of the Queens and the Valley of the Artisans (2). Lunch in a restaurant is included. Opportunity for an optional excursion to the Valley of the Kings and Karnak Temple (can be booked locally), then return to the ship. Dinner and overnight on board in Nag Hammadi.
Day 3:
Early morning departure from Nag Hammadi to Al Balyana (approx. 3 hours drive north). Visit the Temple of Seti I in Abydos (2), then return transfer to the ship and lunch on board while sailing to Sohag (approx. 4 hours drive north). In the afternoon, there is an option to visit the White & Red Monasteries in Sohag. Dinner and overnight on board in Sohag.
Day 4:
Enjoy your stay on board while sailing on the Nile from Sohag to Mallawi, crossing the Assiut Governorate (approx. 15 hours drive). Overnight on board in Mallawi.
Day 5:
After breakfast, visit Tel El Amarna "The City of Akhetaton" (2) to discover the remains of the capital of the 18th Dynasty, followed by a visit to the Beni Hassan Tombs (2). Lunch on board. Continue sailing to Beni Suef (approx. 12 hours drive). Dinner and overnight on board in Beni Suef.
Day 6:
After breakfast, time for an optional visit to Hawara and Lahun "Pyramids of the Middle Kingdom". Lunch on board. In the afternoon, continue sailing to Cairo (approx. 13 hours drive). Dinner during the sailing and overnight in Cairo.
Day 7:
Breakfast on board, then visit the Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx (1.2). Afterwards, visit the Grand Egyptian Museum (2). Lunch is included during the excursion. Return to the ship, dinner and overnight on board in Cairo.
There is an option for an evening excursion to visit historic Cairo, such as the Khan El-Khalili Bazaar, Moez Street and the Sound and Light Show in the pyramid area (can be booked locally).
Day 8:
After breakfast, check out from the ship and transfer by luxury VIP bus to Hurghada (approx. 6 hours drive).

The ship has a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful outside cabins spread across several decks. The main restaurant serves delicious dishes. A reading corner and a lounge bar complete the offering. A jeweler and a bazaar invite you to browse. There is also a billiard room on board. On the spacious sun deck with pool and bar, you can relax and enjoy your vacation.

The popular Steigenberger Pure Lifestyle is located directly on the sun-drenched private sandy beach. The beach section is one of the most popular beach sections in the region and impresses with its turquoise sea.

Jacuzzi Suite

The approx. 50 sqm (including 4 sqm balcony/terrace) Jacuzzi Suites (S2J) feature a couple's Jacuzzi, shower, WC, vanity mirror, air conditioning, safe, minibar (daily refill with water, juice, beer, soft drinks), Smart TV with German channels, coffee and tea making facilities, and a swing chair on the terrace.
Also bookable for single occupancy (S1J).

Pure Standard Suite

The approx. 27 sqm Pure Standard Suites (SAJ) are smaller than the Jacuzzi Suites, with similar amenities. Some suites have a small balcony with visual privacy and face the land side or the promenade. The rooms have a Jacuzzi.

Swim Up Suite

The Swim-Up Suites (2SU) have a direct access to the terrace pool (heated in winter) and are more spacious with a size of approx. 50 sqm (including 4 sqm terrace), with similar amenities to the Jacuzzi Suites.

Penthouse Suite

The Penthouse Suites (P2), located on the upper floors, are equipped like the Jacuzzi Suites, but are more spacious with approx. 107 sqm (including 16 sqm balcony), with a private living room, a private pool (heated in winter), and a breathtaking view of the Red Sea.
Also bookable for single occupancy (P1).

Super Saver Room

The Super Saver Rooms (SSZ) are approx. 27sqm and equipped with shower/WC, espresso machine, TV, Wi-Fi, vanity mirror, safe. The rooms do not have a Jacuzzi, no balcony and face the land side.
