Combination package including a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Excellence and a beach holiday, including all transfers. Accommodation at the hotel is always provided in the most affordable available room category. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the flight must arrive in Luxor. If the hotel is booked first and then the Nile cruise, the return flight must depart from Luxor.

Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.

A hot air balloon ride is possible at 5 a.m. (optional, bookable on site).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Hatshepsut Temple (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon trip to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
Morning trip to Kom Ombo.

Facilities

The MS Nile Excellence features a total of 30 modern outside cabins distributed over several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and has a reception desk. Let yourself be pampered in the main restaurant and enjoy cool drinks served by the three bars on board. Furthermore, a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner are available. From winter 2024/25, the ship will feature a small fitness studio, which is freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your holiday perfect, you can relax on the sun loungers on the sun deck or cool off in the pool and enjoy the dreamlike view of the landscape along the Nile.

Suite

The friendly furnished suites (S2) are approx. 24 m² and feature shower/WC, hairdryer, two single beds or one double bed, air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar, safe, TV, telephone (for a fee), seating area, and French balcony.
Also bookable for single occupancy (1SA).

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) have the same features as the suites but are larger (approx. 37 m²). The Royal Suites are located on the middle deck and upper deck.
In the Royal Suites, there is also a small table and two chairs on the balcony.

Single suites

The single suites (S1) are approx. 13 m² and otherwise feature the same amenities as the suites, but with only one single bed and no seating area.

Economy suite

The economy suites (S2Z), while otherwise having the same amenities as the suites, are slightly smaller (approx. 21 m²) and may be without a French balcony and without a seating area, but with a non-opening window.

The Sheraton Miramar Resort, built in the Nubian style, invites you to rest and relaxation. The beautiful hotel complex extends over nine small islands, which house the various buildings of the hotel. The island landscape is connected by wooden bridges. Surrounded by crystal-clear lagoons and beautiful sandy beaches, the location creates a very special atmosphere that immediately evokes a holiday mood. The hotel is located approx. 25 km north of Hurghada, just a few minutes by car from the center of El Gouna with various shops, restaurants, and bars. For a fee, you can use the regularly operating boat and bus shuttle. Hurghada airport is approx. 40 km away.

Superior double room with pool or lagoon view

The comfortably furnished rooms (DSU) are freshly renovated and have a size of approx. 38 m². The rooms feature a walk-in shower, WC, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, telephone, LCD-TV, minibar (daily refilled with soft drinks), coffee/tea maker, safe, and balcony or terrace with a view of the hotel's own lagoon. Also bookable as a double room for single occupancy (DEU).

Premium double room with side sea view

The rooms (P2D) feature a walk-in shower, WC, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, telephone, LCD-TV, minibar (daily refilled with soft drinks), coffee/tea maker, seating area, safe, and balcony or terrace. The rooms have side sea views and are renovated.

Beachfront Deluxe Room

The freshly renovated Beachfront Deluxe rooms (BF2) offer the same amenities as the double rooms but are located in the first beach row. Also bookable for single occupancy (BF1).

Family room

The family rooms (DF2) offer the same amenities as the double rooms, but consist of two rooms with a connecting door.

The Superior Suites (SU2) are similar to the Superior double rooms in their amenities, but do not have a walk-in shower and are larger at approx. 42 m².

The Junior Suite (JS2) offers the same amenities as the double rooms, but is more spacious (approx. 52 m²) and has an open living area.

The main restaurant "Miramar" offers breakfast (7-10:30 a.m.) and dinner (6-9:30 p.m.), both in buffet form. Lunch is offered in the "Miramar" or "Waves" restaurant. Local beer, local spirits, local wines, soft drinks, ice cream, tea, mineral water, and coffee are included around the clock at the respective open bar. Drinks in the minibar are also included (daily refill of soft drinks).

Dine Around El Gouna

The Dine-Around program allows guests with half board, full board, or All Inclusive a special culinary experience. Guests can dine in participating restaurants of other hotels – without any additional costs for the food (excluding drinks).
