The family-friendly hotel is located directly on a beautifully landscaped lagoon of 1,500 meters with its own beach section in El Gouna, north of Hurghada. A shuttle boat transfer (approx. 15 minutes by boat) takes guests to another private island beach on the open sea, the beautiful Zeytouna Beach. From Zeytouna Beach, a long jetty leads out to the Red Sea. Experience the fascinating underwater world while snorkeling. The center of El Gouna is about 350 m away. Hurghada Airport is about 25 kilometers away.

Facilities

The complex, built in Nubian village style, impresses with a cozy atmosphere, characterized by towers, domes, and arches, and has 434 comfortably furnished rooms spread across several two-story buildings. The resort has a beautiful and inviting reception area with seating and Wi-Fi in all public areas of the complex. The outdoor area features four different swimming pools (fitness pool, sunset pool with two small slides, aqua splash pool with four different water slides, dolphin pool), three of which are heated in winter. Four children's pools are also available for the little ones, three of which are heated in winter. One of these pools has small slides and water games. Sun loungers, beach towels, and umbrellas are provided free of charge at the pools and on the hotel's private beach. The main restaurant and four different specialty restaurants, as well as various bars, cater to culinary needs.

Double Room Comfort (DK2)

The tastefully furnished rooms (approx. 21 sqm) have been fully renovated and feature a bathroom with shower/WC, minibar (for a fee), air conditioning, telephone, hairdryer, kettle, and coffee/tea making facilities, safe, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a balcony or terrace with pool and garden view. Also available for single use (DK1).

Premium Room (PR2)

With the same amenities as the double rooms, but more spacious (approx. 28 sqm), these rooms have pool/garden or lagoon views. Also available for single use (PR1).

Superior Double Room

The newly bookable Superior Rooms (DSU, 28 sqm) are renovated and offer a choice of different views, depending on the room's location in the hotel – either with a garden view or a refreshing pool view. The rooms are equipped with two different types of beds: a spacious king-size bed or two single beds, as desired. The rooms feature free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a kettle, and tea/coffee making facilities. Also available for 3 people (TDS) and for single use (DSE).

Additionally, the restaurant offers a tea time with various snacks from 4-5 pm. There are also several specialty restaurants: "Greenhouse" with vegan and vegetarian dishes in the morning (7:30-11 am buffet), lunch (11 am-3 pm à la carte for a fee) and in the evening (6-9 pm à la carte for a fee with prior reservation). "Lagoon Lunch" at noon (12-3 pm à la carte). "Dolce Vita" with Italian dishes (6:30-9 pm à la carte) and "Chez Pascal" with a selection of various specialties (6:30-9 pm à la carte for a fee on Fridays). The Dine-Around program offers guests with half board, full board, or all-inclusive a special culinary experience.
