The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished exterior cabins spread across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and features a reception desk. Starting from Winter 2024/25, the ship will feature a small fitness studio, freely accessible to all guests on board. The family-friendly hotel is located directly on a beautifully landscaped 1,500-meter long lagoon with a private beach section in El Gouna, north of Hurghada. A shuttle boat transfer (approx. 15 minutes) takes guests to another private island beach on the open sea, the beautiful Zeytouna Beach. A long jetty extends from Zeytouna Beach into the Red Sea, offering a fascinating underwater world for snorkeling. The center of El Gouna is approx. 350 m away. Hurghada Airport is about 25 kilometers away.

Facilities

Built in a Nubian village style, the resort impresses with its cozy atmosphere, characterized by towers, domes, and arches, and features 434 comfortably furnished rooms spread across several two-story buildings. The resort has a beautiful and inviting reception area with seating and Wi-Fi in all public areas. The outdoor area features four different swimming pools (fitness pool, sunset pool with two smaller slides, aqua splash pool with four different water slides, dolphin pool), three of which are heated in winter. There are also four children's pools for the little ones, three of which are heated in winter. One of these pools has small slides and water features. Sun loungers, beach towels, and umbrellas are provided free of charge at the pools and the hotel's private beach. The main restaurant and four specialty restaurants, as well as various bars, cater to your culinary needs.

The newly bookable Superior Rooms (DSU, 28 sq m) have been renovated and offer a choice of different views depending on the room's location in the hotel – either overlooking the garden or the refreshing pool. The rooms are equipped with two types of beds: a spacious king-size bed or two single beds, as desired. The rooms feature free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a kettle, and tea/coffee making facilities.

Additionally, the restaurant offers a tea time with various snacks from 4-5 PM. There are also several specialty restaurants: "Greenhouse" with vegan and vegetarian dishes in the morning (7:30-11 AM buffet), lunch (11 AM-3 PM à la carte for a fee), and in the evening (6-9 PM à la carte for a fee with prior reservation). "Lagoon Lunch" at midday (12-3 PM à la carte). Dine Around El Gouna
