Combination product featuring a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Excellence and a beach holiday, including all transfers between locations. Accommodation at the hotel is always provided in the most affordable available room category. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the inbound flight must be to Luxor. If the hotel is booked first and the Nile cruise follows, the return flight must be from Luxor.

Itinerary:
1st Day:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
2nd Day:
At 5 a.m., a hot air balloon ride is possible (optional, bookable on-site).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon cruise to Edfu. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
3rd Day:
Morning cruise to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board and visit to the Double Temple (1,2,3).
Cruise to Aswan, dinner and overnight stay on board.
4th Day:
In the morning after breakfast, visit to the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).
Afterwards, visit the Philae Temple by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3).

5th Day:
Early in the morning at 3:30 a.m., opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3), breakfast box is included.
Then return to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board. Overnight stay and dinner on board.
6th Day:
Breakfast on board. The ship then continues to Esna. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
7th Day:
Breakfast. Afterwards, you have the opportunity to visit the Edfu Temple (1,2,3).
The ship then proceeds to Luxor.
Upon arrival, you have the opportunity to visit the East Bank with the Luxor Temple (1,2,3) and the Karnak Temple (1,2,3). There is an opportunity for a Sound and Light Show at the Karnak Temple (optional, can be booked on-site).
8th Day:
Departure.

Facilities

The MS Nile Excellence features a total of 30 modernly furnished outside cabins spread across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and features a reception desk. Indulge in culinary delights in the main restaurant and enjoy cool drinks served by the three bars on board. Furthermore, a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner are at your disposal. Starting winter 2024/25, the ship features a small gym, which is freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your holiday perfect, you can relax on the loungers on the sun deck or cool off in the pool while enjoying the dreamlike view of the landscape along the Nile.

Suite

The comfortably furnished suites (S2) are approx. 24 m² and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, two single beds or one double bed, air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar, safe, TV, telephone (for a fee), seating area, and a French balcony.
Also bookable for single occupancy (1SA).

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) have the same equipment as the suites but are larger (approx. 37 m²). The Royal Suites are located on the middle deck and upper deck.
In the Royal Suites, there is also a small table and two chairs on the balcony.

Single suites

The single suites (S1) are approx. 13 m² and otherwise have the same equipment as the suites, but with only one single bed and no seating area.

Economy suite

The economy suites (S2Z) have the same equipment as the suites but are somewhat smaller (approx. 21 m²) and may be without a French balcony and without a seating area, instead featuring a non-opening window.

Spend a wonderful holiday with direct beach access in the popular Beach Albatros Resort of the renowned Pickalbatros hotel chain. Enjoy the view of the beautiful Red Sea and let yourself be enchanted. The resort is located directly on a fine-grained sandy beach and is considered particularly family-friendly. The center of Hurghada is about 17 km away, and the airport is approx. 11 km away.

Facilities

This particularly family-friendly resort has 673 rooms, which are distributed across a main building and several bungalows. Upper floors can be reached comfortably via five lifts. The lobby features a reception and a lobby bar. There are four different buffet restaurants ("East & West" - Indian, Oriental, and Asian cuisine, "Le Marche" - international, "Culina" - seafood, "Sidi Ali" - Oriental cuisine), an à-la-carte restaurant, a shisha corner (for a fee), various bars, as well as a hairdresser and boutiques. The "Dolce Vita Lounge Bar" impresses with its luxurious atmosphere and delicious cocktails. The Garden View Bungalows (BG2) have a size of approx. 30 m² and are equipped with a double bed or two single beds, shower/WC, tiles, air conditioning, telephone, safe (included), satellite TV, mini-fridge (1 bottle of water per person and day included), kettle, and balcony or terrace.

The Sea View double rooms (approx. 24 m², DM) have the same equipment as the Garden View Bungalows, additionally feature a sea view, and are located in the main building.

Super Saver Room

The Super Saver rooms (SSZ) have the same equipment as the Garden View Bungalows, are spread throughout the hotel complex, and have limited availability.

Suite Sea View

These double rooms are approx. 28 m² and equipped with air conditioning, TV, shower/WC, and a balcony or terrace with a garden view (DD2/DD3).
