Combination product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Excellence and a beach holiday including all inter-transfers. Accommodation at the hotel is always in the most affordable available room category. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the outbound flight must be to Luxor. If the hotel is booked first and the Nile cruise second, the return flight must be from Luxor.

The travel offer you have selected has a duration of 10 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship always takes place for seven days according to the program. The pre- and post-stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the embarkation day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
At 5 a.m. a hot air balloon ride is possible (optional, bookable on site).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Hatshepsut Temple (1, 2, 3) including a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1, 2, 3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1, 2, 3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon trip to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
Morning cruise to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board and visit to the Double Temple (1, 2, 3).
Continue to Aswan, dinner, and overnight on board.
Day 4:
Morning after breakfast visit to the Aswan High Dam (1, 2, 3).
Afterwards, visit to the Philae Temple by motorboat (1, 2, 3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon felucca ride on the Nile (1, 2, 3).

Day 5:
Early morning at 3:30 a.m., opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2, 3), breakfast box is included.

Breakfast on board. Then the ship continues to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.

Breakfast. Afterwards, you have the opportunity to visit the Edfu Temple (1, 2, 3).
Then the ship continues to Luxor.
Once there, you have the opportunity to visit the East Bank with the Luxor Temple (1, 2, 3) and the Karnak Temple (1, 2, 3). There is an opportunity for a Sound and Light show at the Karnak Temple (optional, can be booked on site).

Facilities

The MS Nile Excellence features a total of 30 modernly furnished outside cabins distributed over several decks. The reception area is brightly and elegantly designed and has a reception desk. Let yourself be pampered with culinary delights in the main restaurant and enjoy cool drinks served by the three bars on board. Furthermore, a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner are available to you. From winter 2024/25, the ship will have a small fitness studio, which is freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your holiday perfect, you can relax on the loungers on the sun deck or cool off in the pool and enjoy the dreamlike view of the landscape along the Nile.

Suite

The friendly furnished suites (S2) are approx. 24 m² and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, two single beds or one double bed, air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar, safe, TV, telephone (for a fee), seating area, and French balcony.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) have the same features as the suites but are larger (approx. 37 m²). The Royal Suites are located on the middle deck and upper deck.
In the Royal Suites, there is also a small table and two chairs on the balcony.

Single Suites

The single suites (S1) are approx. 13 m² and otherwise equipped the same as the suites, but with only one single bed and no seating area.

Saver Suite

The saver suites (S2Z) have the same features as the suites but are slightly smaller (approx. 21 m²) and may be without a French balcony and seating area, instead featuring a non-opening window.
