Combination package consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Excellence and a beach holiday, including all transfers. Accommodation in the hotel is always provided in the most reasonably priced available room category. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the arrival flight must be to Luxor. If the hotel is booked first and the Nile cruise follows, the return flight must be from Luxor.

When booking the MS Nile Excellence, the following excursions are automatically included: Valley of the Kings, Kom Ombo Temple, and the visit to the High Dam in Aswan.

1st Day:
Arrival and embarkation. In the afternoon, visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
2nd Day:
At 5 a.m., a balloon ride is possible (optional, bookable on site).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Hatshepsut Temple (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, travel to Edfu. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
3rd Day:
In the morning, continue to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board and visit to the Double Temple (1,2,3).
Continue to Aswan, dinner and overnight stay on board.
4th Day:
In the morning after breakfast, visit to the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).
Then visit the Philae Temple by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then visit a Nubian village (3).
Dinner and overnight stay on board.
5th Day:
Early in the morning at 3:30 a.m., opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3), breakfast box is included.
Then return to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board. Overnight and dinner on board.
6th Day:
Breakfast on board. Then the ship continues to Esna. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
7th Day:
Breakfast. Afterwards, you have the opportunity to visit the Edfu Temple (1,2,3).
Then the ship continues to Luxor.
Once there, you have the opportunity to visit the East Bank with the Luxor Temple (1,2,3) and the Karnak Temple (1,2,3). There is an opportunity for a Sound and Light show at the Karnak Temple (optional, can be booked on site).
8th Day:
Departure.

Facilities

The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished outside cabins, which are distributed over several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and has a reception desk. Let yourself be pampered in the main restaurant and enjoy the cool drinks served by the three bars on board. Furthermore, there is a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner at your disposal. From Winter 2024/25, the ship will have a small fitness studio, which is freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your holiday perfect, you can relax on the loungers on the sun deck or cool off in the pool and enjoy the fantastic view of the landscape along the Nile.

Suite

The friendly furnished suites (S2) are approx. 24 m² and have a shower/WC, hairdryer, two single beds or one double bed, air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar, safe, TV, telephone (for a fee), seating area and French balcony.
Also bookable for single use (1SA).

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) have the same facilities as the suites, but are larger (approx. 37 m²). The Royal Suites are located on the middle deck and upper deck.
In the Royal Suites, there is also a small table and two chairs on the balcony.

Single Suites

The single suites (S1) are approx. 13 m² and otherwise equipped the same as the suites, but with only one single bed without a seating area.

Economy Suite

The economy suites (S2Z) have the same facilities as the suites but are slightly smaller (approx. 21 m²) and potentially without a French balcony and without a seating area, but with a non-opening window.

Particularly popular with regular guests, the Steigenberger ALDAU Beach Hotel is located in the first beach row of Hurghada on one of the most popular coastal sections of the region. The spacious resort is located on a 400-meter-long private sandy beach with turquoise blue water. Together with the two sister Steigenberger hotels, the resort is located directly on the „ALDAU Art Promenade“ with various shops, restaurants, as well as the Elements Club & Lounge. The lively center of Hurghada, known as "Sakalla", is about 10 km away. Hurghada Airport is approx. 6 km away.

Superior Suite Sea View

The superior suites (DM2/DAM approx. 50 m²) have a sea view. Enjoy your breakfast (7-10:30 a.m.), lunch (1-4 p.m.), and dinner (6:30-10 p.m. in summer and 6-10 p.m. in winter) in buffet form, with rotating themed buffets in the evening, at the main "Tamarind" restaurant.
