Combo package consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Excellence and a beach holiday, including all transfers. Accommodation at the hotel is always provided in the most reasonably priced available room category. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the flight must arrive in Luxor. If the hotel is booked first and the Nile cruise second, the return flight must be from Luxor.

The travel package you have selected has a duration of 12 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always provided for seven days according to the program. Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.

At 5 a.m., a hot air balloon flight is possible (optional, bookable on site).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Hatshepsut Temple (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon sailing to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
Morning sailing to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board and visit to the Double Temple (1,2,3).

Facilities

The MS Nile Excellence features a total of 30 modernly furnished exterior cabins distributed over several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and features a front desk. Indulge in culinary delights at the main restaurant and enjoy cool drinks served by the three bars on board. Furthermore, a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner are available. Starting Winter 2024/25, the ship features a small gym, which is freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your holiday perfect, you can relax on the loungers on the sun deck or cool off in the pool and enjoy the dreamlike view of the landscape along the Nile.

Suite

The comfortably furnished suites (S2) are approx. 24 m² and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, two single beds or one double bed, air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar, safe, TV, telephone (for a fee), sitting area, and a French balcony.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) feature the same amenities as the suites but are larger (approx. 37 m²). The Royal Suites are located on the middle deck and upper deck.
In the Royal Suites, there is also a small table and two chairs on the balcony.

Single Suite

The single suites (S1) are approx. 13 m² and otherwise have the same amenities as the suites, but with only one single bed and no sitting area.

Economy Suite

The economy suites (S2Z) are slightly smaller (approx. 21 m²) with otherwise the same amenities as the suites, and possibly without a French balcony and without a sitting area, but with a non-opening window.

The holiday resort is situated in the first beach row at the most beautiful snorkeling and diving spots of the bay, offering the possibility to explore the breathtaking underwater world of the Red Sea directly from the shallow, gently sloping beach.
The city center of Hurghada is approx. 37 km away. Hurghada Airport is approx. 32 km away.

The schauinsland-reisen original hotel was built in an elegant bohemian style and features 240 rooms and suites distributed across various building complexes. With its unique and high-quality dining concept, the hotel stands out in Egypt, offering a total of three of its own à la carte restaurants ("Lucina" - international cuisine, "Gaia" - Italian cuisine, and "Yades" - Greek cuisine) for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The à la carte restaurant "Posh Club Lounge" is available exclusively to Posh Club members for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Lexi Swim Up Suite (SWP) is larger (approx. 43 m²) with the same amenities as the Superior double rooms. The rooms feature a terrace with access to the swim-up shared pool. On the terrace, there is a dining table and two separate sun loungers.

Superior double room

The comfortably furnished rooms (DSU, approx. 35 m²) are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone (for a fee), Wi-Fi, safe, minibar, and balcony or terrace.

The unique dining concept offers you breakfast from 7-10:30 a.m., lunch from 1-4 p.m., and dinner from 7-10 p.m. in one of the hotel's three à la carte restaurants ("Lucina", "Gaia", "Yades"). As a Posh Club member (booked suite), you also have the option to take breakfast exclusively in the "Posh Club Lounge". In all four restaurants, sparkling wine breakfast is included for you.
