Combined product of a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Excellence and a beach holiday including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the outward flight must be to Luxor. If the hotel is booked first and then the Nile cruise, the return flight must be from Luxor.

Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. In the afternoon, visit the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
A hot air balloon ride is possible at 5 AM (optional, can be booked on site).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, sail to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
Continue sailing to Kom Ombo in the morning.
Lunch on board and visit the Kom Ombo Temple (1,2,3).
Continue sailing to Aswan, dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
In the morning, after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).
Then, visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.

Then, visit a Nubian village (3).

Day 5:
Early in the morning at 3:30 AM, opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3), breakfast package included.
Then, back to Kom Ombo.

Day 6:
Breakfast on board. Afterwards, the ship sails on to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 7:
Breakfast. Afterwards, you have the option to visit the Temple of Edfu (1,2,3).
Then, the ship sails on to Luxor.
Upon arrival, you have the opportunity to visit the East Bank with the Luxor Temple (1,2,3) and the Karnak Temple (1,2,3). There is an option for a sound and light show at Karnak Temple (optional, can be booked on site).

The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished outside cabins spread across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and features a reception desk. Enjoy culinary delights in the main restaurant and savor cool drinks served by the three bars on board. Furthermore, a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner are available. Starting winter 2024/25, the ship will have a small gym, freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your vacation perfect, you can relax on sun loungers on the sun deck or cool off in the pool while enjoying the dreamlike view of the landscape along the Nile.

Suite

The pleasantly furnished suites (S2) are approx. 24 sqm and have a shower/toilet, hairdryer, two single beds or one double bed, air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar, safe, TV, telephone (for a fee), seating area, and French balcony.
Also available for single occupancy (1SA).

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) have the same amenities as the suites but are larger (approx. 37 sqm). The Royal Suites are located on the middle and upper decks.
In the Royal Suites, the French balcony also includes a small table and two chairs.

Single Suite

The single suites (S1) are approx. 13 sqm and otherwise equipped the same as the suites, but with only one single bed and no seating area.

Economy Suite

The economy suites (S2Z) are slightly smaller (approx. 21 sqm) with otherwise the same amenities as the suites, possibly without a French balcony and without a seating area, but with a non-opening window.

The Junior Suites Jacuzzi (2JJ, approx. 36 sqm) have the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, but with a private outdoor jacuzzi on the terrace.
Also available for single occupancy (1JJ).

Junior Suite Swim Up

The Junior Suites Swim Up (SUJ) are more spacious (approx. 43 sqm) than the Superior Double Rooms with the same amenities, with a small seating area and direct access to the swim-up shared pool.
Also available for single occupancy (SJE).
Please note that your booked room has direct access to the shared pool and there is no lifeguard on duty.

Tucana Pool Suite partial sea view

The Tucana Pool Suites (PSW) have the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, are larger (approx. 50-65 sqm), with a king-size bed, bathroom with shower, and access to a private outdoor shower (partially screened), seating area, and terrace with access to the private pool. The suites have a partial sea view.

Tucana Jacuzzi Suite

All Inclusive

Premium All Inclusive

The unique dining concept offers you breakfast from 7 AM to 10:30 AM, lunch from 1 PM to 4 PM, and dinner from 7 PM to 10 PM in one of the hotel's three à la carte restaurants ("Lucina", "Gaia", "Yades"). As a Posh Club member (booked suite), you also have the option to enjoy your breakfast exclusively in the "Posh Club Lounge". Sparkling wine breakfast is included for you in all four restaurants. Additionally, dinner can also be taken in the buffet restaurant or in one of the eight different à la carte restaurants of the "SUNRISE Royal Makadi Resort Select" (Mexican, Italian, Asian, Mediterranean, Steak, Diet and Light, Bedouin restaurant). The à la carte restaurant "Lucina" is open as a snack bar around the clock (alcoholic drinks are not served between 6 AM and 10 AM). The Felucca is available for a fee.
