Combination product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Kleos and a beach holiday including all inter-transfers. Accommodation in the hotel is always in the most reasonably priced available room category. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the outbound flight must be to Luxor. If the hotel is booked first and the Nile cruise second, the return flight must be from Luxor.

Notice

The travel offer you have selected has a duration of 10 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven days according to the program. The pre- and post-stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the day of embarkation. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
A hot air balloon ride is possible at 5 am (optional, bookable on-site).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Hatshepsut Temple (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon sailing to Edfu. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 3:
Morning sailing to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board and visit to the Double Temple (1,2,3).
Sailing to Aswan, dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 4:
Morning after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).
Then visit the Philae Temple by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon Felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then visit a Nubian village (3).
Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 5:
Early morning at 3:30 am, opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3), breakfast box is included.
Then back to Kom Ombo.

Breakfast on board. Then the ship continues to Esna. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 7:

Amenities

The MS Kleos has a total of 67 cabins distributed over three different decks. On the middle deck, you will find an imposing and spacious reception area with seating and a small bazaar. The main restaurant on the Nile Deck offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style. Refreshing drinks are provided by two bars, one of which is located on the third deck (Lounge Bar) and the other on the sun deck. The sun deck also has plenty of sun loungers for relaxation, as well as a large pool with two integrated whirlpools.

Cabin

The tastefully furnished cabins (17 m²) feature a bathroom with bathtub/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning, minibar, and safe. All cabins also feature floor-to-ceiling windows and a French balcony.

Cabin single occupancy

With the same amenities as the cabins, but slightly smaller (approx. 11m²) and with only one bed.

The sprawling resort is located directly on its own sand/pebble beach (bathing shoes recommended) and is only approx. 40 km from Marsa Alam airport.
Thanks to the gently shelving beach, you have the opportunity for a relaxing beach holiday. The large, newly opened hotel complex consists of 514 rooms. The cozy and charmingly furnished complex features a reception, several shops, an amphitheater, various bars, two buffet restaurants ("El Khan"-Oriental, "Soprano Restaurant"-International cuisine), an à-la-carte restaurant ("Shell Fish"-seafood, once per stay, reservation required), two snack restaurants, various bars, and a café, The Bakery.
In the spacious outdoor area, there are 12 swimming pools (three of them heated in winter) and 3 children's pools (two heated in winter). The newly built Aqua Park with 32 water slides (11 for adults and 21 for children; some heated in winter) offers fun for young and old.

The Beachfront sea view rooms (BF2, approx. 42-45 m²) are large and the rooms feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, safe, minibar (water included), electric kettle, air conditioning, telephone (for a fee), TV, and terrace or balcony. The Beachfront sea view rooms are located directly on the beach with a view of the sea.

Family room Deluxe garden view

The modern rooms (2FS, approx. 70 m²) consist of a bedroom with a king-size bed and a bedroom with single beds and a sofa bed and are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, safe, minibar (water included), electric kettle, air conditioning, telephone (for a fee), TV, and balcony or terrace.
Available with pool view (XF2) for an extra charge.

Royal Suite Swim Up pool view

The Royal Suites (SWP) are approx. 105 m² in size and feature a bathroom/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, minibar (water included), safe, electric kettle, telephone (for a fee), TV, and a terrace with direct access to the shared Swim Up pool. The rooms feature two bedrooms.
(Additional allotment bookable under RMFA49 as Royal Suite Type B (RZ3)).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, schauinsland-reisen has a minimum age of 6 years for children booking these room types.

The Double rooms Deluxe correspond in size and equipment to the double rooms (DD2). Also bookable with pool view (DBP) and sea view (DDM).

Bungalow Deluxe sea view (RMFA49)

The Bungalows Deluxe have a size of approx. 35m² and are equipped with air conditioning, bathroom with shower or bathtub/WC, flat-screen TV, balcony or terrace, and have sea view (2BM).

Superior Bungalow sea view (RMFA49)

The Superior Bungalows are similar in equipment to the Bungalow Deluxe but are larger at approx. 45m² (2UB).
