Combination package featuring a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation at the hotel is always provided in the most reasonably priced available room category. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the flight must arrive in Luxor. If the hotel is booked first and the Nile cruise second, the return flight must depart from Luxor.

Notice

The travel package you have selected has a duration of 10 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven days according to the program. The pre- and post-stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the embarkation day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Visit to the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 AM, optional hot air balloon excursion (can be booked locally).
Breakfast, tour of the East Bank, Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 3:
Visit to the West Bank. In the morning after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Late evening departure to Esna. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 4:
Continue from Esna.
Then proceed to Aswan, where the overnight stay will take place.

In the morning after breakfast, visit to the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam (1,2,3).
Then visit the Philae Temple by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.

The ship features a welcoming reception and a total of 72 beautiful exterior cabins distributed across several decks. The main restaurant provides delicious meals, while a cozy lounge bar complements the offer. A small bazaar invites you to browse. On the spacious sun deck, there is a large pool and a bar. Economy cabins

The economy cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins but are located on the lower decks and feature a small round window.

Single cabin

Equipped the same as the cabins, but slightly smaller (approx. 13 m²) and with only one bed (K1B). The window cannot be opened.

The sprawling resort is located directly on its own sand/pebble beach (bathing shoes recommended) and is only approx. 40 km from Marsa Alam Airport.
The gently sloping beach offers the opportunity for a relaxing beach holiday. Additionally, a long jetty leads directly into deeper water, from where you can discover the beautiful and impressive underwater world of the Red Sea. The beach offers the best conditions for snorkeling and diving.

Facilities

The large, newly opened hotel complex consists of 514 rooms. The cozy and charmingly furnished facility features a reception, several shops, an amphitheater, various bars, two buffet restaurants ("El Khan"-oriental, "Soprano Restaurant"-international cuisine), an à-la-carte restaurant ("Shell Fish"-seafood, once per stay, with reservation), two snack restaurants, several bars, and a café, The Bakery.
The extensive outdoor area features 12 swimming pools (three of which are heated in winter) and 3 children's pools (two of which are heated in winter). The newly built Aqua Park with 32 water slides (11 for adults and 21 for children; partially heated in winter) offers fun for young and old.
Sun loungers, umbrellas, pads, and towels are available free of charge at the pool and beach.

Superior double room

The modern Superior double rooms (DSU, approx. 42-45 m²) are equipped with a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, safe, minibar (water included), kettle, air conditioning, telephone (for a fee), TV, and balcony or terrace.

Deluxe family room garden view

The modern rooms (2FS, approx. 70 m²) consist of a bedroom with a king-size bed, a bedroom with single beds, and a sofa bed. They are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, safe, minibar (water included), kettle, air conditioning, telephone (for a fee), TV, and balcony or terrace.

Royal Suite Swim Up pool view

The Royal Suites (SWP) are approx. 105 m² and feature bathroom/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, minibar (water included), safe, kettle, telephone (for a fee), TV, and a terrace with direct access to the communal swim-up pool. The rooms have two bedrooms.
(Additional allocation under RMFA49 bookable as Royal Suite Type B (RZ3)).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose a safety risk for small children.
Therefore, schauinsland-reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types for safety reasons.

Deluxe double room (RMFA49)

The Deluxe double rooms are similar in size and facilities to the double rooms (DD2). Also bookable with pool view (DBP) and sea view (DDM).

Deluxe bungalow sea view (RMFA49)

The Deluxe bungalows have a size of approx. 35 m² and are equipped with air conditioning, bathroom with shower or bathtub/WC, flat-screen TV, balcony or terrace, and have a sea view (2BM).

Superior bungalow sea view (RMFA49)

The superior bungalows are similar in equipment to the Deluxe bungalows but are larger at approx. 45 m² (2UB).
