Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. In the afternoon, visit the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.

A hot air balloon ride is possible at 5 AM (optional, bookable on site).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Sailing to Edfu in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
Continue sailing to Kom Ombo in the morning.
Lunch on board and visit to the Double Temple (1,2,3).
Continue sailing to Aswan, dinner and overnight on board.

In the morning after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).

The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished exterior cabins spread across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and features a reception desk. Enjoy culinary delights in the main restaurant and savor cool drinks from the three bars on board. Additionally, there is a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner. Starting winter 2024/25, the ship will have a small fitness studio, freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your vacation perfect, you can relax on the sun deck on the loungers or cool off in the pool and enjoy the fantastic view of the landscape along the Nile.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) have the same amenities as the Suites but are larger (approx. 37 sqm). The Royal Suites are located on the middle and upper decks.
In the Royal Suites, the balcony also includes a small table and two chairs.

Single Suites

The Single Suites (S1) are approx. 13 sqm and otherwise have the same amenities as the Suites, but with only one single bed and no seating area.

Economy Suite

The Economy Suites (S2Z) have the same amenities as the Suites but are slightly smaller (approx. 21 sqm) and may not have a French balcony and seating area, but rather a non-opening window.

Location

The True Beach Resort, which consists of the areas "True Beach Resort" (bookable under RMF333, completely renovated) and True Beach Village (bookable under RMF444, newly built), first opened its doors in December 2023. The complex, designed in an Arabic boho style, is located south of Marsa Alam and sits on a dreamlike coastline with a bay with crystal-clear water directly on the beach. Coral reefs in front invite snorkeling (swimming shoes recommended). Marsa Alam airport is about 90 kilometers from the hotel.

The schauinsland-reisen original hotel was built in an elegant Bohemian style combined with modern Arabic accents, offering a unique design in Egypt. The 5-star resort consists of two sections: "True Beach Resort," which is particularly suitable for families, and "True Beach Village" (bookable under RMF444), an adult-only area for ages 16 and up. The resort has a total of 158 rooms spread across both sections and offers a spacious reception area with a lobby bar "True Lobby Bar" with seating indoors and outdoors. The resort area features two large pools and a jacuzzi integrated into the main pool (one of which is heated in winter). An island in the main pool, accessible by a wooden bridge, offers chill-out areas with loungers and beanbags for all ages. A children's pool and a kids' splash pool with various water games are located next to the mini club and the adjacent playground with a sunshade. The main restaurant "El Manzil" offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet-style. Additionally, the beachfront seafood restaurant "Ritsa" is included once per stay. The three à la carte restaurants "El Tawla" (oriental), "NORI" (Asian fusion), and "ILIOS" (Greek) are located in the Village area and are available for a fee (adults only, reservation required). The resort also has a pool bar "Maya," a rooftop bar "Sama Bar" (shisha available for a fee), a theater offering various entertainment programs in the evening, a beach bar, and several shops, a hairdresser, and a spa area. The Village area is surrounded by a generous water landscape and offers a total of 4 different main pools that run throughout the complex, as well as an infinity pool with a view of the crystal-clear bay (all pools are heated). In the middle of the pool landscape, a pool bar "Scarab Bar" awaits, along with the oriental restaurant "El Tawla" and a chaise lounge. Two more bars, "Salt Bar" and "ILIOS" Bar, are located directly on the beach in the Village area. Guests of the Village area can use both sections, but not vice versa. Loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included at the pool and on the beach.
