Combined product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Excellence and a beach holiday, including all connecting transfers. Accommodation in the hotel is always provided in the most reasonably priced available room category. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the outbound flight must be to Luxor. If the hotel is booked first and the Nile cruise second, the return flight must be from Luxor.

The travel offer you have chosen has a duration of 10 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always provided for seven days according to the program. At 5 am, a hot air balloon ride is possible (optional, bookable locally).
Morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Hatshepsut Temple (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon sail to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
Morning sail to Kom Ombo.

Facilities

The MS Nile Excellence features a total of 30 modernly furnished exterior cabins, spread over several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and has a reception desk. Enjoy culinary delights in the main restaurant and savor cool drinks served by the three bars on board. Furthermore, a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner are available. Starting in winter 2024/25, the ship will have a small gym that is freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your holiday perfect, you can relax on the sun loungers on the sun deck or cool off in the pool and enjoy the fantastic view of the landscape along the Nile.

Suite

The friendly furnished suites (S2) are approx. 24 m² and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, two single beds or one double bed, air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar, safe, TV, telephone (for a fee), seating area, and a French balcony.
Also bookable for single occupancy (1SA).

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) have the same facilities as the suites but are larger (approx. 37 m²). The Royal Suites are located on the middle deck and upper deck.
In the Royal Suites, there is also a small table and two chairs on the balcony.

Single Suite

The single suites (S1) are approx. 13 m² and otherwise have the same facilities as the suites, but with only one single bed and no seating area.

Economy Suite

The economy suites (S2Z), with otherwise the same facilities as the suites, are slightly smaller (approx. 21 m²) and possibly without a French balcony and without a seating area, but with a non-opening window.

The True Beach Resort, consisting of the areas „True Beach Resort“ (bookable under RMF333, completely renovated) and the True Beach Village (bookable under RMF444, newly built), opened its doors for the first time in December 2023. The facility, designed in an Arabian boho style, is located south of Marsa Alam and lies on a dreamlike coastal section with a bay with crystal-clear water in the first beach row. Off-shore coral invites you to snorkel. Marsa Alam Airport is about 90 kilometers from the hotel.

Facilities

This Schauinsland-Reisen Original Hotel was built in a noble Bohemian style paired with modern Arabic accents, offering a unique design in Egypt. The 5-star resort consists of two areas: the "True Beach Resort," which is particularly suitable for families, and the "True Beach Village" as an adults-only area, bookable for guests 16 and older. The facility features a total of 158 rooms distributed across both areas and offers a spacious reception area with a front desk, as well as a lobby bar "True Lobby Bar" with indoor and outdoor seating (located in the resort). On the first floor of the lobby is a rooftop bar "Sama Bar." The village area of the resort (adults-only) is surrounded by a spacious water landscape and offers a total of 4 different main pools that lead through the entire facility and also serve as pools for the swim-up rooms, as well as an infinity pool that offers a view of the crystal-clear bay (all pools are heatable). In the middle of the pool landscape, you will find the pool bar "Scarab Bar," the oriental restaurant "El Tawla," and a chaise lounge. Guests of the village area also have access to a Greek restaurant "ILIOS" and an Asian restaurant "NORI," both located on the beach. On the beach, guests can also find the "ILIOS Bar" and "Salt Bar." Furthermore, guests of the village area have access to the main restaurant "El Manzil" and the fish restaurant "Ritsa" (both located in the resort area). The resort area has two spacious pools as well as a whirlpool integrated into the main pool (main pool heatable in winter). An island in the main pool, accessible via a wooden bridge, offers chill-out areas with loungers and beanbags for all ages. Furthermore, the facility has the pool bar "Maya," a theater that offers various evening entertainment programs, as well as various shops, a hairdresser, and a spa area.
