Travel information

Combination product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation at the hotel is always provided in the most affordable available room category. Embarkation always takes place on Thursdays. The journey must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay beforehand is mandatory. The next possible embarkation will always be selected.

Notice

The travel package you have selected has a duration of 14 Days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven Days according to the program. The pre- and post-stay at the hotel is dependent on your day of arrival and the day of embarkation. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Visit to the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 AM, hot air balloon excursion (optional, can be booked locally).
Breakfast, visit to the East Bank, the Karnak Temple, and the Luxor Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 3:
Visit to the West Bank. In the morning after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Hatshepsut Temple (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Late evening departure to Esna. Dinner and overnight stay on board.

The economy cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins but are located on the lower decks and have a small porthole.

The beautiful resort of the renowned Three Corners hotel chain is located on the beachfront, directly by the approx. 1 km long sandy beach with its own offshore house reef. Enjoy the Egyptian sun on the fine sandy beach or experience the colorful underwater world of the Red Sea while snorkeling. A pier over 350 m long offers easy entry into the sea and the pristine areas of the coral reef. About 2 km away is "Port Ghalib", a small harbor town with some shopping and entertainment options as well as a harbor promenade that invites you to stroll. The Marsa Alam airport is only approx. 10 km away.

Facilities

The Fayrouz Plaza Beach Resort complex consists of a large, friendly main building and several one- and two-story annex buildings with a total of 495 rooms. The main building houses the spacious lobby with reception. A selection of culinary specialties is offered by the main restaurant "Panorama" with a view of the pool, the Belgian à la carte restaurant "Chez Pascal" (for a fee), the Italian à la carte restaurant "Dolce Vita", and the Oriental "Marhaba Restaurant" (reservation required), as well as various bars. The hotel's offer is completed by a bazaar, a pharmacy, and a hairdresser.
In the expansive garden, there are two swimming pools (heatable in winter), one of which has a separate children's pool. In the newly built part of the complex is the "Dolphin Pool" with the "Dolphin Bar". On the hotel's own beach and by the pools, bath towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas are available free of charge.

The comfortably furnished premium rooms (PDZ) with twin beds or a king-size bed (approx. 28 m²) feature shower/WC, air conditioning, safe, telephone, satellite TV, hairdryer, mini-fridge (contents for a fee), and a balcony or terrace. The premium rooms have a garden, pool, or partial sea view.
Available for single use (PEZ) for an extra charge.

Family rooms

With the same amenities as the premium rooms, the family rooms (DF2) consist of one room (approx. 32 m²) which can be divided into two bedrooms by a sliding door. Further amenities, in addition to air conditioning, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, and mini-fridge (contents for a fee), include a bathroom with WC/shower. The rooms are located on the ground floor in the main building, have a garden or mountain view, and feature a terrace.

Double Room Premium Grand (RMFA05):

The Double Rooms Premium Grand (bookable from winter 25) are approx. 32 m² and feature a sliding door so that the room can be divided into two separate sleeping areas. Additionally, these rooms are located on the ground floor (GD2).
