Product information

Combined product of a Nile cruise on the MS Kleos and a beach holiday including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. Boarding is always on Thursdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay is mandatory. The next possible boarding will always be taken.

Day 1:
Arrival and boarding. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
A balloon ride is possible at 5 am (optional, bookable on site).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, sail to Edfu. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 3:
Continue sailing to Kom Ombo in the morning.
Lunch on board and visit to the double temple (1,2,3).
Continue sailing to Aswan, dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 4:
In the morning, after breakfast, visit to the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).
Then visit the Philae Temple by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then visit a Nubian village (3).
Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 5:
Early in the morning at 3:30 am, opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3), breakfast package included.
Then it's back to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board. Overnight stay and dinner on board.
Day 6:
Breakfast on board. The ship then continues to Esna. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 7:
Breakfast. Then you have the opportunity to visit the Temple of Edfu (1,2,3).
Then the ship continues to Luxor.
Once there, you have the opportunity to visit the East Bank with the Luxor Temple (1,2,3) and Karnak Temple (1,2,3). There is an opportunity for a sound and light show at Karnak Temple (optional, can be booked on site).

The MS Kleos has a total of 67 cabins spread across three decks. On the middle deck, you will find an impressive and spacious reception area with seating and a small bazaar. The main restaurant on the Nile Deck offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet-style. Two bars ensure refreshing drinks, one on the third deck (Lounge Bar) and the other on the sun deck. The sun deck also offers ample loungers for relaxation, as well as a spacious pool with two integrated jacuzzis.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner as a buffet. Drinks at a charge.

Entertainment

Occasional evening entertainment with belly dancers, Galabeya parties, folklore shows, and a night club.

Facilities

The spacious adults-only (bookable from 16 years) hotel complex with a total of 364 elegant rooms has a warm and oriental ambiance. Facilities include a welcoming lobby with a reception, so you feel at home from the first moment, as well as some shops, an amphitheater, and a Bedouin tent. For culinary variety, there is a main restaurant, an à la carte restaurant ("Fayrouz" - Mediterranean dishes) and various bars.
Furthermore, Madinat Coraya offers Dine Around: per stay, a visit to the Italian à la carte "Basilico Restaurant", the Asian "Rocca" restaurant or the oriental "Zaytoun" is included for All Inclusive guests (reservation required).
In the outdoor area, there are 3 pools (one of which is heated) and a pool/beach bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge on the hotel's private beach and by the pools.

The newly bookable schauinsland-reisen Original rooms (XO2) are furnished like the Double Superior rooms and have a sea view. The rooms are guaranteed to be on the 2nd or 3rd floor of the hotel, offering a breathtaking view of the Red Sea.

Breakfast from 6:30-10:30 am, lunch from 12:30-2:30 pm, and dinner from 6:30-9:30 pm, all buffet-style. During the day, there are various snacks for in-between meals.
In the afternoon, tea time with a selection of coffee, tea, and cake from 3:30-5:30 pm and ice cream from 10 am to 5 pm.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as fresh juice, from 10 am to midnight. "Pharao Club" guests receive one dinner in an à la carte restaurant per stay (in "Fayruz"), reservation required. A fruit basket upon arrival. Also, a bottle of water daily (two bottles in the family room) is included, as well as coffee and tea. Beach towels are changed daily, free use of the health club.
