Travel information

Combination product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Magic I and a beach holiday, including all transfers between the two. Accommodation at the hotel is always provided in the most reasonably priced available room category. Embarkation always takes place on Saturdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay beforehand is mandatory. The earliest possible embarkation will always be selected.

Notice

The travel package you have selected has a duration of 14 Days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always provided for seven Days according to the program. The pre- and post-cruise stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the embarkation day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

Day 2:
A hot air balloon ride can be booked in the morning at 5 a.m. (optional, can only be booked locally).
Breakfast on board. Afterward, visit the West Bank with the Temple of Hatshepsut (1, 2, 3), Colossi of Memnon (1, 2, 3), and the Valley of the Kings (1, 2, 3).
Lunch on board. Afterward, continue to Edfu.
Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 3:
Breakfast on board. Afterward, continue to Kom Ombo. Lunch on board.
After arrival in Kom Ombo, the Temple of Kom Ombo can be visited (1, 2, 3).
Continue toward Aswan. Dinner on board.

Spend a fantastic family vacation at the "Steigenberger Aqua Magic". The 5-star hotel offers fun for the whole family and delights both young and old with its expansive water park. The tastefully designed "ALDAU Art Promenade" separates the resort from the gently sloping sandy beach approx. 400 meters away. Be fascinated by the magical underwater world of the Red Sea while snorkeling or diving. If required, the hotel offers shuttle services to the beach (subject to availability). Your vacation home is located in the newer part of Hurghada on the modern promenade with oriental cafés, bars, and international pubs as well as small shops. The sprawling hotel complex is especially child-friendly and family-oriented, featuring 718 generously equipped rooms and suites. The property welcomes guests in a spacious lobby with a reception and lobby bar, as well as a cozy lounge area with seating options. Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire hotel free of charge. In the outdoor area, there are nine swimming pools, one with an integrated children's pool covering over 2,600m², some of which are heatable in winter. Furthermore, the hotel features an aqua park with various water slides that can be used by guests over 1.20 meters tall. The highlight for all water lovers is the 400-meter-long “Lazy River,” which flows through the entire complex. On the rooftop terrace, there is a relax pool that is only accessible to adults. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are available for guests at the pools and on the beach free of charge. Family suite

The family suites (2FS/ASF) have the same features as the deluxe double rooms but are more spacious (approx. 55 m²) and equipped with a master bedroom as well as a separate sleeping area with twin beds for the children. Family junior suites

The family junior suites (FJ2/FJA, approx. 68 m²) have the same features as the family suites, with a master bedroom and a separate living/sleeping room. Aqua Suite

The Aqua Suite (S2, approx. 70 m²) consists of a living/sleeping room and a separate bedroom. Otherwise, it features the same amenities as the deluxe double rooms.

The double rooms (DA) feature similar amenities as the superior double rooms, but are slightly smaller (approx. 24 m²), yet in a renovated, modern style. The rooms do not have a balcony. Wi-Fi access for 2 devices is free of charge.

The “Magic Flavors” main restaurant offers breakfast (07-10:30 a.m.), lunch (1-3 p.m.), and dinner (6-9:30 p.m.) in buffet form with theme nights and live cooking stations. In addition, the following à-la-carte restaurants are available: The “Magic Orient Restaurant” offers oriental dinner. The “Magic Palappa Restaurant” offers Italian cuisine as breakfast (8-10:30 a.m.), late breakfast (10:30 a.m.-12 p.m.), lunch (1-4 p.m.), and dinner (6:30-9 p.m.). The “Magic Sky Restaurant” offers dinner (6:30-9 p.m.) on the rooftop of the property. All mentioned restaurants are included once per week (minimum stay of 5 nights) and must be reserved.
