Combined package of a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Excellence and a beach holiday including all intermediate transfers. When booking the MS Nile Excellence, the following excursions are automatically included: Valley of the Kings, Kom Ombo Temple, and a visit to the High Dam in Aswan.

Depending on the embarkation day, the route may vary.
Route:
Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. In the afternoon, visit the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
A hot air balloon ride is possible at 5 am (optional, can be booked locally).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, sail to Edfu. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 3:
Continue sailing to Kom Ombo in the morning.
Lunch on board and visit the double temple (1,2,3).
Continue sailing to Aswan, dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 4:
In the morning, after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).
Then visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then visit a Nubian village (3).
Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 5:
Early in the morning at 3:30 am, opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3), breakfast package is included.
Then it's back to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board. Overnight stay and dinner on board.
Day 6:
Breakfast on board. Afterwards, the ship continues to Esna. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 7:
Breakfast. Then you have the opportunity to visit the Temple of Edfu (1,2,3).
Then the ship continues to Luxor.
Once there, you have the opportunity to visit the East Bank with the Luxor Temple (1,2,3) and Karnak Temple (1,2,3). There is an opportunity for a sound and light show at Karnak Temple (optional, can be booked locally).
Day 8:
Departure.

The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished outside cabins spread across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and features a reception desk. Enjoy culinary delights in the main restaurant and savor cool drinks from the three bars on board. Furthermore, a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner are available. Starting from Winter 2024/25, the ship will have a small fitness studio, freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your vacation perfect, you can relax on the sun deck on the loungers or cool off in the pool while enjoying the fantastic view of the landscape along the Nile.

Suite

The friendly furnished Suites (S2) are approx. 24 sqm and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, two single beds or one double bed, air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar, safe, TV, telephone (for a fee), seating area, and French balcony.
Also bookable for single occupancy (1SA).

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) have the same amenities as the Suites but are larger (approx. 37 sqm). The Royal Suites are located on the middle and upper decks.
In the Royal Suites, there is also a small table and two chairs on the balcony.

Single Suite

The Single Suites (S1) are approx. 13 sqm and otherwise have the same amenities as the Suites, but with only one single bed without a seating area.

Economy Suite

The Economy Suites (S2Z) are slightly smaller (approx. 21 sqm) with otherwise the same amenities as the Suites, and may be without a French balcony and seating area, but with a non-opening window.

Location

The newly built SUNRISE Anjum Resort Grand Select, which opened for the first time in April 2024, impresses with its modern Bohemian style. The resort is located directly on the dreamlike, private lagoon sandy beach, offering perfect conditions for snorkelers and divers. The jetty facilitates entry into deeper water. Marsa Alam Airport is approximately 90 kilometers from the hotel.

The schauinsland-reisen original hotel is built in an elegant Bohemian style and features 203 rooms and suites spread across several buildings. The complex has a reception area with seating and an adjacent outdoor terrace. In the outdoor area of the complex, there are five different pools, including a splash pool, an infinity whirlpool, an adult-only pool (Oasis Pool), and an Island and Kidspool (all pools are heated in winter). Restaurants include the Boscage Restaurant (international cuisine, open buffet), the à la carte restaurant "Manzoku" (Asian cuisine), and "Basilico," which serves international à la carte cuisine until the evening and Italian à la carte cuisine in the evening. All à la carte restaurants are included and can be visited daily with a reservation. Snacks are available to guests at the "Indigo Terrace" bar. A total of seven different bars, one of which is adults only, offer a selection of drinks. Additionally, the holiday resort has a spa area, a fitness studio, a beauty salon, a kids' club, and various shops.

Family Suite

The rooms (2FS) have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior, but are larger (approx. 50 sqm) and consist of two bedrooms separated by a door (one with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds) and a bathroom with a shower and a terrace.

Executive Suite

The Executive Suites have similar amenities to the Double Rooms Superior but are larger (ES2, approx. 70 sqm). The rooms have a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a dressing room, a bathroom with a separate shower, a seating area, and a terrace.
Also bookable as a swim-up room with direct access to a shared pool (EXG).

Junior Suite Swim Up

With the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior, but more spacious (SUJ, approx. 60 sqm). Additionally, these rooms have access to the shared swim-up pool. Also bookable for single use (SUE).

Deluxe Beach Front Swim-up Suite

The rooms (S2U) are approx. 45 sqm and have a terrace with similar amenities to the Double Rooms. The rooms are located very close to the beach.
Also bookable with direct access to a private pool for an extra charge (BSD).

Anjum Jacuzzi Suite Sea View

The Anjum Jacuzzi Suite (S2J) is approx. 80 sqm and consists of two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with two twin beds. The rooms have similar amenities, plus a balcony with a jacuzzi and a sea view.

The main restaurant "Boscage" offers breakfast including coffee and tea as well as various fresh juices (7:00 AM - 10:30 AM and late risers' breakfast 10:30 AM - 11:00 AM upon request), lunch (1:00 PM - 3:00 PM) and dinner (7:00 PM - 10:00 PM) in buffet style. If needed, the following à la carte restaurants are also included without restrictions (subject to availability with prior reservation): "Basilico" (7:00 AM - 10:30 AM à la carte breakfast, 12:30 PM - 5:00 PM international cuisine, 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM Italian cuisine) and "Manzoku," which is open from 6:30 PM - 10:00 PM and offers Asian cuisine. At the "Indigo Bar," coffee, tea, and cake are served daily from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. A midnight snack is available to guests from 11:00 PM to 1:00 AM in the Boscage Restaurant. Local non-alcoholic drinks are available around the clock at one of the seven bars (one of the bars is adults only). Local alcoholic drinks are included from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM.

Sports included

An indoor fitness studio with various CrossFit equipment is available to guests free of charge from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The minimum age for the fitness studio is 16 years. Also, a tennis court (upon request, subject to availability, floodlights for a fee), beach volleyball, darts, boccia, mini-golf, sunset meditation, water aerobics, and aerobics.

Wellness

The spa area (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM) has a sauna, jacuzzi, steam bath, and Turkish bath, and also offers various massages to guests. The spa area is accessible for a fee and for guests aged 16 and over. In the beauty salon, guests will find a hairdresser and various beauty treatments such as manicures/pedicures.
