Product information

Combination product of a Nile cruise on the MS Steigenberger Minerva and a beach holiday including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. Embarkation is always on Thursdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay is mandatory. The next possible embarkation will always be taken.

In the morning after breakfast, excursion to West Thebes
to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, sail to Edfu. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 3:
In the morning after breakfast, visit to the Temple of Habu (1,2,3).
Then continue to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board and sail to Kom Ombo where you have free time.
Sail on to Aswan, dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 4:
In the morning after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).
Then visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3)
Then an opportunity for a camel ride (3) on the way to visit a Nubian village with the desert on one side and the Nile on the other (3).

Early in the morning at 3:30 AM, opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3). Breakfast package included.

Breakfast on board. Then visit the Temple of Kom Ombo (1,2,3).
Then continue via Edfu and Esna to Luxor.

The Nile cruise ship of the renowned Steigenberger hotel chain has a total of 77 outside cabins spread across various decks. Madinat Coraya Bay is a dreamlike holiday destination that offers ideal conditions for diving and snorkeling enthusiasts. The underwater world is home to countless rare fish species. The distance to Port Ghalib and Marsa Alam Airport is about 8 km.

Facilities

The spacious adults only (bookable from 16 years) hotel complex with a total of 364 elegant rooms has a warm and oriental ambiance. Facilities include a welcoming lobby with a reception, so you feel comfortable from the first moment, as well as several shops, an amphitheater, and a Bedouin tent. For culinary variety, there is a main restaurant, an à la carte restaurant ("Fayrouz" - Mediterranean dishes), and various bars.
Furthermore, Madinat Coraya offers a dine-around option: per stay, one visit to the Italian à la carte "Basilico Restaurant", the Asian "Rocca" Restaurant, or the oriental "Zaytoun" is included for All Inclusive guests (reservation required).
In the outdoor area, there are 3 pools (one of which is heated) and a pool/beach bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge at the hotel's private beach and by the pools.

Breakfast from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM, lunch from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, and dinner from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM, each in buffet form. During the day, there are various snacks for a light bite.
In the afternoon, tea time with a selection of coffee, tea, and cake from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM, and ice cream from 10 AM to 5 PM.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as fresh juice from 10 AM to 12 AM. "Pharao Club" guests have one dinner in an à la carte restaurant included per stay (at "Fayruz"), registration required. A fruit basket upon arrival.
