SUNRISE Anjum Resort Grand Select Marsa Alam

Location

Clear blue water area with sandy beach and slender palm trees under blue sky.
The newly built SUNRISE Anjum Resort Grand Select, which first opened in April 2024, impresses with its modern Bohemian style. The resort is located directly on the dreamlike, hotel-owned lagoon sandy beach, offering the perfect conditions for snorkelers and divers. The jetty makes it easier to enter deeper water. Marsa Alam Airport is about 90 kilometers from the hotel.

Facilities

The schauinsland-reisen original hotel is built in an elegant Bohemian style and has 203 rooms and suites spread across various buildings. The complex features a reception with seating areas and an associated outdoor terrace. In the outdoor area of the complex, there are five different pools, including a splash pool, an infinity whirlpool, an adults-only pool (Oasis Pool), as well as an island and kids' pool (all pools are heated in winter). The restaurants include the Boscage Restaurant (international cuisine, open buffet), the à la carte restaurant "Manzoku" (Asian cuisine), and "Basilico," which serves international à la carte cuisine until the evening and Italian à la carte cuisine in the evening. All à la carte restaurants are included and can be visited daily with a reservation. Snacks are available to guests at the "Indigo Terrace" bar. A total of seven different bars, one of which is adults only, offer a selection of drinks. Additionally, the holiday resort has a spa area, a fitness studio, a beauty salon, a kids' club, and various shops.

The rooms (2FS) have the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, but are larger (approx. 50 m²) and consist of two bedrooms separated by a door (one with a queen-size bed and one with two twin beds) and a bathroom with a shower and a terrace.

The Executive Suites are larger (ES2, approx. 70 m²) with similar amenities to the Superior Double Rooms. The rooms have a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a dressing room, a bathroom with a separate shower, a seating area, and a terrace. Also available as swim-up rooms with direct access to the shared pool (EXG).

Junior Suite Swim Up

With the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, but more spacious (SUJ, approx. 60 m²). Additionally, these rooms have access to the shared swim-up pool. Also bookable for single use (SUE).

The rooms (S2U) are approx. 45 m² and have similar amenities to the double rooms, including a terrace. The rooms are located very close to the beach. For an extra charge, also bookable with direct access to a private pool (BSD).

Anjum Jacuzzi Suite Sea View

The Anjum Jacuzzi Suite (S2J) is approx. 80 m² and consists of two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with two twin beds. The rooms have similar amenities and additionally a balcony with a Jacuzzi and a sea view.

If needed, the following à la carte restaurants are also fully included (subject to availability with prior reservation): "Basilico" (7-10:30 AM à la carte breakfast, 12:30 PM-5 PM international cuisine, 7 PM-10 PM Italian cuisine) and "Manzoku," which is open from 6:30 PM-10 PM and offers Asian cuisine.
