The True Beach Resort, which consists of the sections "True Beach Resort" (bookable under RMF333, completely renovated) and True Beach Village (bookable under RMF444, newly built), first opened its doors in December 2023. The complex, designed in an Arab boho style, is located south of Marsa Alam on a dreamlike stretch of coastline with a bay in front of it with crystal-clear water in the first beach line. Coral reefs in front invite snorkeling. Marsa Alam Airport is about 90 kilometers from the hotel.

Facilities

The Schauinsland-Reisen original hotel was built in an elegant Bohemian style combined with modern Arabic accents, offering a unique design in Egypt. The 5-star complex consists of two sections, the "True Beach Resort," which is particularly suitable for families, and the "True Beach Village" as an adults-only area, bookable from 16 years. The complex has a total of 158 rooms spread across both sections and offers a spacious reception area with a reception desk and a lobby bar "True Lobby Bar" with seating areas indoors and outdoors (located in the resort). On the first floor of the lobby is a rooftop bar "Sama Bar." The Village area of the resort (adults-only) is surrounded by a spacious water landscape and offers a total of 4 different main pools that run through the entire complex and are also the pools for the swim-up rooms, as well as an infinity pool offering views of the crystal-clear bay (all pools are heated). In the middle of the pool landscape, you will find the pool bar "Scarab Bar," the oriental restaurant "El Tawla," and a chaise lounge. Guests of the Village section also have access to the Greek restaurant "ILIOS" and the Asian restaurant "NORI," both located on the beach. Bars "ILIOS Bar" and "Salt Bar" are also available at the beach. Furthermore, guests of the Village section can use the main restaurant "El Manzil" and the fish restaurant "Ritsa" (both located in the resort area). The resort area has two spacious pools and a whirlpool integrated into the main pool (main pool heated in winter). An island in the main pool, accessible via a wooden bridge, offers chill-out areas with loungers and beanbags for all ages. The complex also has the "Maya" pool bar, a theater offering various entertainment programs in the evening, as well as various shops and a hairdresser and spa area. Guests of the Village section may use both areas, but not vice versa. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included by the pool and on the beach.

Snacks are offered outdoors from 10:30 AM to 5 PM. Tea time from 3-4 PM with cakes and pastries at the lobby bar. Additionally, the following à la carte restaurants are included daily: Seafood Restaurant "Ritsa" (located in the resort area, only included once per stay, reservation required, may not be open daily depending on occupancy), Greek Restaurant "ILIOS," Oriental Restaurant "El Tawla," and Asian Fusion Restaurant "NORI" (reservation required, two of the restaurants are open depending on the day of the week, from 7-10 PM, opening hours may vary depending on the season). The following bars are available: Lobby Bar "True Lobby Bar," Pool Bar in the resort area "Maya Pool Bar," Rooftop Bar "Sama Bar" in the resort area, Pool Bar in the Village area "Scarab Bar," Salt Bar (Beach Bar) on the beach, and "ILIOS" Bar directly on the beach (the last three mentioned bars are located in the Village area). Opening hours vary by bar. Local alcoholic beverages are included from 10 AM to midnight, and non-alcoholic beverages from 6 AM to midnight. A midnight snack is offered after midnight.
The minibar is stocked on arrival with 4 soft drinks and 2 small bottles of water. Water is refilled daily.

Not included in All Inclusive

Freshly squeezed orange juice with breakfast for a fee. From Summer 2025, the Floating Breakfast is no longer included in the All Inclusive.
