This unique holiday resort is quietly located south of Luxor on the private "King's Island" in the Nile, offering breathtaking views of the river. The extensive and very well-maintained gardens, with mature trees and exotic flora and fauna, provide absolute relaxation away from the otherwise bustling surroundings. Luxor's city center is about 4 km away and offers numerous restaurants, shops, and historical sights such as Luxor Temple. A free bus transfer to Luxor runs twice daily. Luxor Airport is approximately 14 km away.

The two-story hotel has 507 rooms spread across a main building and 2 annexes. It offers guests a 24-hour reception (check-in from 2 PM, check-out by 12 PM), a lobby with a bar, air conditioning, a hairdresser, a mini-market, other shops, parking (free of charge), and currency exchange facilities. For dining, there are 3 restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. The hotel's 3 bars look forward to welcoming you. The outdoor area of the hotel includes 3 freshwater pools with a separate children's pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge. A pool bar offers refreshing drinks to guests.

Double room

The double rooms with garden view (DG/2GD/1GD) are approximately 24 sqm in size and comfortably furnished with bath/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning/heating, minibar (for a fee), safe, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, coffee/tea maker, and a terrace with garden view.
Also available at an extra charge with Nile view (DA/DEA).

Double room Superior Nile view

The superior double rooms are similar in furnishings to the double rooms, but are larger at approx. 55 sqm and have a Nile view (DAS/DAE).

Deluxe Double Room

The Deluxe Double Rooms (DDC/DD3/DD1/D2G) are elegantly furnished, have a garden view, and feature the same amenities as the double rooms, with a size of approximately 43 sqm.
Also available with a Nile view (DDB/EDB/DDT).

Superior Deluxe Room

The Superior Deluxe Rooms are similarly furnished to the Deluxe Double Rooms, but are larger at approx. 53 sqm and have a garden view (SDX/SED).
Also available with a Nile view (DSB/UB1).

Family Room

The family rooms are approximately 48 sqm and feature air conditioning, TV, minibar (for a fee), two bathrooms with bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, two bedrooms, and a terrace (2FA,3FA,4FA/DF2).

Executive Suite

The extremely spacious Executive Suites offer space for a comfortable sleeping area with a king-size or twin bed and a living area with a seating area, sofa, and a dining table. The rooms offer a balcony or terrace and are otherwise equipped similarly to the double rooms (approx. 110 sqm, GS2/GS1).

Junior Suite

These Junior Suites, also approximately 48 sqm in size, are equipped with a bath or shower/WC, separate bedroom, small living area, safe, minibar (for a fee), air conditioning, TV, and terrace (J2A,J1A/JS2).

The entry visa for all travel services booked with Schauinsland-Reisen is not included in the travel price.
