SUNRISE Anjum Resort Grand Select Marsa Alam

Location

Clear blue water area with sandy beach and slender palm trees under blue sky.
The newly built SUNRISE Anjum Resort Grand Select, which first opened its doors in April 2024, impresses with its modern Bohemian style. The resort is located directly on the dreamlike, hotel-owned lagoon sandy beach, offering perfect conditions for snorkelers and divers. The jetty facilitates access to deeper water. Marsa Alam Airport is approximately 90 kilometers from the hotel.

Facilities

The Schauinsland-Reisen original hotel is built in an elegant Bohemian style and features 203 rooms and suites spread across several buildings. The complex has a reception area with seating and an adjoining outdoor terrace. The outdoor area features five different pools, including a splash pool, an infinity whirlpool, an adults-only pool (Oasis Pool), an island pool, and a kids' pool (all pools are heated in winter). Dining options include the Boscage Restaurant (international cuisine, open buffet), the à la carte restaurant "Manzoku" (Asian cuisine), and "Basilico," which serves international à la carte cuisine until the evening and Italian à la carte cuisine in the evening. All à la carte restaurants are included and can be visited daily with a reservation. Snacks are available at the "Indigo Terrace" bar. A total of seven different bars, one of which is adults only, offer a selection of drinks. Additionally, the holiday resort offers a spa area, a fitness studio, a beauty salon, a kids' club, and various shops.

The rooms (2FS) have the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms but are larger (approx. 50 m²) and consist of two bedrooms separated by a door (one with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds) and a bathroom with a shower and a terrace.

Junior Suite

With the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, but more spacious (JS2, approx. 55 m²) and with a living area. Also available for single use (1YZ).

Executive Suite

The Executive Suites have similar amenities to the Superior Double Rooms but are larger (ES2, approx. 70 m²). The rooms have a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a dressing room, a bathroom with a separate shower, a seating area, and a terrace. Also available as swim-up rooms with direct access to the shared pool (EXG).

Junior Suite Swim Up

With the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, but more spacious (SUJ, approx. 60 m²). In addition, these rooms have access to a shared swim-up pool. Also available for single use (SUE).

Deluxe Beach Front Swim-up Suite

The rooms (S2U) are approx. 45 m² and, with similar amenities to the double rooms, have a terrace. The rooms are located very close to the beach. For an extra charge, also available with direct access to a private pool (BSD).

Anjum Jacuzzi Suite Sea View

The Anjum Jacuzzi Suite (S2J) is approx. 80 m² and consists of two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with two twin beds. The rooms, with otherwise similar amenities, also feature a balcony with a jacuzzi and a sea view.

The main restaurant "Boscage" offers breakfast including coffee and tea and various freshly squeezed juices (7 AM-10:30 AM, and late risers' breakfast 10:30 AM-11 AM on request), lunch (1 PM-3 PM) and dinner (7 PM-10 PM) buffet style. If required, the following à la carte restaurants are also included without restriction (subject to availability and prior reservation): "Basilico" (7 AM-10:30 AM à la carte breakfast, 12:30 PM-5 PM international cuisine, 7 PM-10 PM Italian cuisine) and "Manzoku", which is open from 6:30 PM-10 PM and offers Asian cuisine. Coffee, tea, and cake are served daily from 3 PM to 5 PM at the "Indigo Bar". A midnight snack is available for guests from 11 PM to 1 AM in the Boscage Restaurant.
