Location

The beautiful resort is located on the coast of the Red Sea in southern Egypt, directly on a 300 m long sandy beach. The hotel complex is located directly in front of the well-known Elphistone Reef and is ideal for divers and snorkelers. The quiet surroundings offer a variety of great spots that provide perfect conditions for experiencing Egypt's colorful and diverse underwater world. A long bathing jetty leads from the beach behind the reef, offering easy access to the open sea. The town of Marsa Alam is about 25 km away and has numerous dining and shopping facilities. Marsa Alam Airport is about 37 km away.

The sprawling Elphistone Resort has a total of 271 elegant rooms spread over three floors, surrounded by lush gardens. The spacious lobby offers a friendly reception and seating areas. For culinary delights, there is the "Red Sea" main restaurant with an open buffet offering a wide selection of international, Egyptian, and Italian cuisine. Additionally, there is the à la carte restaurant "Sea Gull," serving delicious seafood dishes, as well as the "Pizza Corner" on the beach. Furthermore, a total of three bars offer a selection of refreshing drinks. In the generously designed outdoor area, amidst the beautiful garden, there are three swimming pools (one of which is heated in winter), an outdoor whirlpool, and a separate children's pool. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels are available to guests free of charge by the pool and on the beach.

Double Room

The double rooms (D) are approx. 42 m² and have a bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, radio, telephone, Wi-Fi (for a fee), minibar, safe, and a balcony or terrace.

Double Room Superior Sea View

The double rooms superior sea view (DMU) have the same amenities as the double rooms, but are more spacious (approx. 46 m²) and have a sea view.
Also bookable for single use (UME).

Double Room Deluxe

The double rooms deluxe (DD2) have the same amenities as the double rooms, but are located in the first row to the beach and close to the Health Club, swimming pool, and diving center.
Also bookable for single use (DD1).

The family rooms (DF2) have the same amenities as the double rooms, but are larger (approx. 64 m²) and equipped with an additional sleeping option.

The economy double rooms (SSZ) are equipped like the double rooms, but have a limited quota and a special price.

Breakfast from 7-9:30 AM, lunch from 12:30-2:30 PM, and dinner from 7-9:30 PM as a buffet in the "Red Sea Restaurant". Once per stay, dinner is included in the à la carte restaurant (reservations required). Snacks at various bars. Tea and cake in the afternoon. Soft drinks, tea, and water from 10 AM, local alcoholic drinks from 10 AM to 11 PM. Non-alcoholic and local alcoholic beverages are included at the lobby and pool bar from 10 AM to 11 PM, at the beach bar from 10 AM until sunset.
