Location

Located in the beautiful bay of Marsa Mubarak, the Iberotel Costa Mares hotel is part of the renowned JAZ hotel group. The offshore coral reef offers a fascinating underwater world for divers and snorkelers. It is one of the most famous spots for diving with dugongs and sea turtles.
The nearest town, with a lovely marina and various shopping and entertainment options, is approx. 5 km away. The distance to Marsa Alam airport is only about 8 km.

The modern hotel complex (adults-only; bookable from 16 years of age) has a total of 208 rooms spread across the main building and annexes. The stylish hotel is equipped with a modern lobby with a reception, a gym, various shops, and a spa area. A buffet restaurant with an outdoor terrace and two à la carte restaurants cater to your culinary needs. "Anchor" offers Italian specialties, and "Sands" is located on the beach and offers international cuisine (for a minimum stay of 7 nights, both restaurants are included once per week—subject to availability—reservation required), as well as several bars.
In the well-kept outdoor area, there is a swimming pool (heatable in winter).
Sun loungers, cushions, and parasols are available to guests free of charge at the pool and on the beach. Beach and bath towels are provided fresh to guests in their rooms daily.

Double Room Superior Bay View

The Double Superior Bay View (SVB) rooms are 29 m² and feature a walk-in shower, WC, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, coffee and tea-making facilities, safe, telephone, minibar (for a fee), and a balcony.
Also bookable with sea view (DMU) or for single occupancy (V1S/EMU).

Superior Family Room Garden View

The Family Room Superior Garden View (F2S) has the same facilities as the Double Superior (29 m²) but includes an additional sofa bed. The rooms are located on the ground floor.

Junior Suite Sea View

The Junior Suites Sea View (J2M) have the same furnishings as the Double Superior, but are larger (120 m²) and have a direct sea view.

Deluxe Family Room Pool or Sea View

The Deluxe Family Rooms Pool or Sea View (FMD) have the same facilities as the Double Superior Bay View, but are larger (approx. 45 m²).
The rooms are located on the ground floor.

Deluxe Family Room Bay View

The Deluxe Family Rooms Bay View (BDV) are approx. 46 m² and consist of 2 rooms with a connecting door, with a garden or beach view, with otherwise identical facilities to the Double Superior.

Breakfast from 7:00–10:30, lunch from 12:30–14:30, and dinner from 18:30–21:00 (winter) and 19:00–21:30 (summer) served as a buffet in the main restaurant. Late-riser breakfast is available from 10:30–11:30 at the beach bar. Various snacks from 13:00–16:00, including ice cream, coffee/tea, and cake. Selected local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 10:00–24:00. Imported alcoholic beverages are not included in the All Inclusive package. One visit per stay to the à la carte restaurant (Beach Restaurant) is included per person (upon prior reservation and subject to availability).
