Location

The spacious resort is located directly on the fine, hotel-owned sandy beach and is only approx. 40 km away from Marsa Alam airport.
Due to the gently sloping beach, you have the opportunity for a relaxing beach holiday. Furthermore, a long jetty leads directly into deeper water, from where you can discover the beautiful and impressive underwater world of the Red Sea. The beach offers the best conditions for snorkelling and diving.

The large, newly opened hotel complex consists of 389 rooms. The comfortably and charmingly furnished complex features a reception, several shops, an amphitheatre, various bars, three buffet restaurants ("L'Asiatique" - Asian, "Alfredo Restaurant" - Italian cuisine, "Mediterranean Restaurant" - international cuisine), an à la carte restaurant ("Shell Fish" - seafood, once per stay, with reservation), two snack restaurants, various bars, and a café.
The expansive outdoor area contains 9 swimming pools (two heated in winter), 2 separate children's pools (one of which is heatable in winter), as well as an aqua park with 32 slides, 11 for adults and 21 for children (partially heatable in winter).
Sun loungers, parasols, cushions, and towels are available free of charge at the pool and on the beach.
Guests of the "Pickalbatros Vita Resort Portofino" are permitted to use all facilities of the "Pickalbatros Villaggio Resort Portofino" (RMF115).

Double room pool view

The spacious (approx. 30 m²) and modernly furnished rooms (PD) are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, minibar (minibar replenished daily with water), safe, telephone (for a fee), TV, kettle, and a balcony or terrace.
Also bookable for single occupancy (PDE).
(Additionally bookable under RMFA48 (DP/PDE)).

Beachfront sea view

The rooms (BF2) have the same facilities as the double rooms, but are more spacious (approx. 45 m²) and are located directly on the beach with a view of the sea.
Also bookable for single occupancy (BF1).

Double room superior

Same features as the double rooms, but more spacious (DSU, approx. 45 m²).
Bookable with pool (DSP) or sea view (DMU) for an additional charge.
Under RMFA48, also bookable as single occupancy with garden view (DSE), as single occupancy with pool view (DST), and as single occupancy with sea view (DME).

Family room deluxe

The family rooms (2FS) are equipped the same as the double rooms and consist of 2 bedrooms (approx. 70 m²) (garden view).
Bookable with pool view (XF2) for an additional charge.
(Additional allocation bookable under RMFA48 as Deluxe Family Room Type A (2DF)).

Bungalow beachfront (RMFA48)

The bungalows are approx. 55 m² and are equipped with air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, hairdryer, balcony or terrace (2BB).

Double room deluxe (RMFA48)

The double rooms deluxe are similar in equipment to the double rooms, but are larger at approx. 45 m² and have garden view (DD2).
Additionally bookable with pool view (DPB) and with sea view (DDM).

Family suite (RMFA48)

The family suite is similar in equipment to the double rooms, but is larger at approx. 70 m², features a separate bedroom (connecting door), and has 2 bathrooms. The family suites offer pool/garden view (ASF).

Junior suite (RMFA48)

The junior suite is similar in equipment to the family suite, but offers even more space at approx. 90 m² and features a pool/sea view (JS2).
