Location

The friendly designed resort is located in the heart of Port Ghalib, directly on a private and expansive sandy beach by the Red Sea. The offshore house reef offers a diverse and colorful underwater world for divers and snorkelers. The modern marina of Port Ghalib is just a short walk from the resort and offers various shops, restaurants, and bars. Marsa Alam International Airport is approximately 5 km away.

The large hotel complex forms a shared facility with its sister hotel, "Albatros Sands Port Ghalib" (RMF072). The "Albatros Oasis Port Ghalib" features 205 rooms distributed across a main building and several annexes. Guests are welcomed in a spacious lobby with a reception. Culinary needs are catered to by a total of five restaurants: the "Souq El Hana" buffet restaurant with international cuisine, the "Cardamom Beach Restaurant" with Mediterranean specialties, the "Soprano" with Italian cuisine, the "Lagoon Restaurant," and the "Tagine Restaurant." The culinary offering is complemented by a total of six bars distributed throughout the grounds. In the expansive and beautifully landscaped outdoor area, there are two swimming pools (heatable in winter), a children's pool, and a saltwater lagoon. The lazy river and two water slides provide special water fun. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are provided free of charge to guests at the pool and beach. The aqua park offers 10 water slides for adults and 13 slides for children, ensuring fun for all age groups. Additionally, there are two large, heated pools with comfortable sun loungers, allowing guests to enjoy the aqua park in any weather. The aqua park is exclusively available to guests of the Pickalbatros Palace, Sands, and Oasis Port Ghalib hotels. The park is open from May to October from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM, and from November to April from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 4:30 PM, giving guests plenty of time to make the most of their visit and create lasting memories.

Double room

The comfortably furnished double rooms (D) are approx. 35 m² and are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), safe, telephone, coffee/tea maker, and balcony or terrace.
Also available for an extra charge with pool view (PD) or for single occupancy (DE/PDE).
Also bookable as a double room Type I (DI) with limited availability and special pricing.

Double room Deluxe (RMFA42)

The Deluxe double rooms are equivalent to the double rooms (DD2). Additionally bookable with occupancy for 3 adults (DD3) and with pool view (DPB).

Double room lagoon view

The double rooms with lagoon view (L2Z) have the same facilities as the standard double rooms and feature a beautiful view of the lagoon.
Also bookable for single occupancy (L1Z).

Family room garden view (RMFA42)

The family rooms with garden view (F2G) are similar in features to the double rooms but are larger at approx. 42 m² and offer a magnificent view of the garden.

Family room connecting door

The family rooms (FAV) consist of two double rooms with a connecting door.
In Summer 2023, also bookable for an extra charge with pool view (FVP) or lagoon view (LFV).
(Additionally bookable under RMFA42 as Fam.Room Connecting Door 3 adults (RFB) and with garden view (FAV)).

Junior suite lagoon view (RMFA42)

The tastefully furnished junior suites (JS2) are similar in features to the double rooms but are larger at approx. 56 m² and offer a lagoon view.
