Location

The Steigenberger Alcazar is located in the beautiful Nabq Bay. This impressive 5-star resort features 35,000 m² of its own private beach with a breathtaking underwater landscape. In terms of scenery, there is a fascinating, almost stark contrast between high mountains, deep valleys, and the soft sand that lines the warm and beautiful Red Sea. The resort is located approx. 13 km from Sharm El Sheikh International Airport.

Facilities

The hotel has 610 stylishly furnished rooms spread over 3 floors. Hotel amenities include a spacious lobby with reception, shopping facilities, and a hairdresser. Culinary needs are catered to by 2 buffet restaurants, 5 à la carte restaurants, and several bars. In the well-maintained outdoor area of the complex, there are 3 swimming pools and separate children's pools (partially heated). Sun loungers, sun umbrellas, and beach towels are included at the pool and beach.

The Superior double rooms with pool view (DSP) are equipped like the Superior double rooms, but with pool view. Additionally includes a vanity mirror, bathrobe, and slippers.

The Superior double rooms Swim-Up (DWP) have the same features as the Superior double rooms, but with direct pool access.

Deluxe Family Room

The comfortably furnished Deluxe family rooms are approx. 58 m² and feature a queen-size bed, additional sleeping options as well as bath/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, TV, coffee/tea maker, minibar, telephone, and balcony or terrace. The rooms offer garden view (DF2), pool view (FP2), or partial sea view (2FW) depending on the booked category.

Deluxe Family Room Swim-Up

The modern and pleasantly furnished Deluxe family rooms Swim-Up (FSU) are approx. 58 m² and are located in a preferred position on the ground floor. The special highlight is the private terrace with direct access to the pool. The rooms have a queen-size bed and additional sleeping options as well as bath/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, TV, coffee/tea maker, minibar, and telephone. Bright colors and modern accents create a pleasant atmosphere for relaxing vacation days. Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, for security reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.
