The hotel complex offers a total of 320 rooms, spread across charming smaller buildings within the hotel. Amenities include a welcoming lobby with a reception, a souvenir shop, a jeweler, a buffet restaurant with international cuisine and changing theme nights, two exclusive à la carte restaurants ("Le Ksar Noujoum" with Moroccan specialties and "L'ourika" with Mediterranean delicacies - both for a fee) and several cozy bars.
The well-maintained outdoor area features a spacious sun terrace and four refreshing pools, including a separate children's pool and an adults-only relaxation pool for ages 16 and over (pools partially heated in winter). Free sun loungers and umbrellas are available for relaxing hours under the sun.
