Location

The luxurious Constance Tekoma hotel is located directly on the gently sloping sandy beach on the north coast of Rodrigues Island, near the small village of Montagne Patate. Nearby, you will find pristine beaches and the picturesque nature of Rodrigues, with opportunities for hiking and exploring. Local attractions such as the Rodrigues Nature Reserve and the capital, Port Mathurin, are also not far away. The transfer time from Rodrigues airport is approximately 30-40 minutes (approx. 18 km).

The decor of the Constance Tekoma on Rodrigues Island impresses with a harmonious combination of modern design and traditional Mauritian architecture. There are 31 rooms available, as well as a lobby with reception, a main restaurant (local and international cuisine), and a bar. Superior Ocean View Villa

Decorated in a Creole style, approx. 65m² in size, with similar amenities but additionally including an outdoor bathtub and a minibar (daily complimentary replenishment with water) (VSP).

Beachfront Villa

These villas offer the same size as the Ocean View Villas, with the addition of an outdoor bathtub and direct access to the beach with private sun loungers right in front of the room.

When booking a domestic flight from Mauritius to Rodrigues Island, please note the following hotel-independent transfer information:
Operations are only possible for international flight arrivals by 1:00 PM and departures from 4:00 PM. In the event of arrival/departure outside the aforementioned times due to flight delays, bad weather, or long wait times during immigration, our local agency will arrange for an overnight stay in Mauritius. Wait times of 3 hours or more are possible.
Baggage allowance: 15kg + 5kg hand luggage. Infants: 15kg plus a buggy, but no hand luggage. Excess baggage is approx. 4 per kg.

Zusatzhinweis

For stays starting from October 1, 2025, the Republic of Mauritius will levy a tourism tax, which must be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a local tourist tax. The tourism tax is €3 per person per night and must be paid by all travelers aged 12 and over.
