Location

The Maritim Resort & Spa Mauritius is situated on the sunniest northwest coast of the island, between the capital Port Louis and the town of Grand Baie, known for its vibrant nightlife. The hotel is decorated in a style typical of the country. It is located on a 25-hectare historic estate in Balaclava, surrounded by tropical gardens, waterfalls, and 18th-century ruins. The resort overlooks Turtle Bay, the island's first marine national park. The transfer time from the airport is approximately 60 minutes. Port Louis is approx. 15 km from the hotel.

The resort also offers the signature “Dine Around” concept, allowing guests to experience different restaurants as part of their meal plan (advance reservation required). Deluxe Double Room

The comfortable and tastefully furnished Deluxe Double Rooms (approx. 50–58 m²) are located throughout the expansive resort and impress with a harmonious combination of tropical flair and modern amenities. They feature a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a cozy seating area, and a private balcony or terrace with views of the garden or partial views of the Indian Ocean. Furthermore, they offer a spacious bathroom. (DD1/DD2/DD3).

Deluxe Double Room Type A (Deluxe Plus)

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, these also feature a separate shower and a second washbasin; they are also more spacious (approx. 58 m²) and elegantly furnished (DTA/1TA).

Grand Deluxe Garden View

These luxurious and spacious Junior Suites (approx. 63-65 m²) are located in the newly built area, directly near the infinity pool on the river side, and impress with modern elegance and a cozy ambiance. Featuring the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, they also offer the option to have breakfast at the beach restaurant “La Marée” (JS2/JS3).

Suite

These feature the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms but are significantly more spacious (approx. 80-105 m²) and offer higher-quality furnishings with separate living and sleeping areas, a walk-in wardrobe, and a large terrace or balcony. In addition to the charming decor, guests enjoy top-class personalized service: butler service, a bottle of Crémant upon arrival in the room, a welcome gift, and a separate beach area with reserved sun loungers (S2).
