Location

The Village Du Pecheur is located directly on the dreamlike sandy beach of "Côte D'Or". The surroundings offer a picturesque backdrop with white sandy beaches and turquoise water. The hotel is the ideal starting point for exploring the beauty of the surrounding nature. The famous beach "Anse Lazio" and the "Vallée de Mai National Park" are nearby. A small town with shopping facilities, restaurants, and bars can be reached in approx. 5 minutes on foot. The transfer is from the airport in Mahé in approx. 20 minutes by car to the port, from there by ferry to the island of Praslin (approx. 75 minutes) and then approx. 15 minutes by car from the port to the hotel.

Facilities

The complex is a small, charming boutique hotel and has 14 rooms. Facilities include a lobby area with reception and seating, a small library, a boutique, and a TV room. In a relaxed atmosphere, the barefoot restaurant "Coco De Mer" spoils you with its delicious Creole and international dishes and offers a breathtaking view of the ocean. Cool drinks and cocktails are served at a bar. The outdoor area is nestled in a beautiful, tropical garden.

During high tide, the sunbathing and swimming facilities at the hotel beach are limited.
Please note that an eco-sustainability fee will be charged locally. This fee is to be paid directly in cash to the hotel per person and night and currently amounts to approximately between €1.80 and €7.20 (depending on the size of the hotel). Children under 13 years of age are exempt from this regulation.
For your international round-trip flights to/from Mahé, please observe the ferry times for hotel bookings on the neighboring islands (e.g., Praslin/La Digue). If you arrive after 1 PM or depart before 12 PM, a transfer to/from Praslin/La Digue cannot be guaranteed. In case of arrival/departure outside the aforementioned times due to flight delays, bad weather, or extended waiting times for entry, our local agency will arrange an overnight stay in Mahé for you. If your booked flight times fall outside the aforementioned timeframes, please book an overnight stay in Mahé through your travel agency.
