The 5-star All-Inclusive family hotel has been completely newly built and opened its doors in September 2025. The luxury hotel features 346 elegant rooms, suites, and villas, as well as a lobby with a reception and seating lounge. Jaz Elie Aurora also offers an art gallery, a kids' club, an aquapark (free entry for all hotel guests, temporarily open depending on occupancy) with Zanzibar's largest pool landscape. The aquapark offers a selection of colourful, winding slides, splash areas, and playgrounds. In addition to the infinity pool (for ages 16+) with panoramic views, there is a relaxation pool. The hotel also has a fully equipped gym, a sauna, and a hammam. The hotel's 146m long and approx. 4m wide jetty is particularly impressive, housing a restaurant and a bar. The main restaurant "Zaafarani" offers international buffets, and the à la carte restaurants serve national and international dishes. The Jetty Restaurant "Samaki" features a special seafood menu, and the Jetty Teppanyaki Restaurant "Moto" offers Japanese dishes for a fee. Fresh sushi is available at the Sushi Bar "Pilipili". Small snacks and drinks are also served at the pool bars. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included for all guests. Guests can book a romantic dinner on the beach or a floating breakfast in the swim-up pool suites for an additional charge.

The modern rooms are spacious (approx. 45 sqm) and feature a king-size bed, a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, ceiling fan, safe, minibar (for a fee), TV, and a balcony or terrace with partial sea view (DSU). Deluxe Double Room Garden View (G2W)

Same amenities as the Superior Double Room, but with an additional sofa in the room. Also bookable as a single-occupancy room (G1W) for an additional charge, as a Deluxe Double Room with Partial Sea View (DPM/DPU), or as a Deluxe Double Room with Sea View (DDM/DM1). A 3rd adult can be accommodated in all Deluxe variants and sleeps on the sofa bed.
