Location

The Iberostar Selection Zanzibar is located on the quiet northeast coast of Zanzibar, right on the beautiful Muyuni Beach with views of Mnemba Island. The airport is approximately 60 km away, and the historic town of Stone Town, a UNESCO World Heritage site and cultural hub of Zanzibar, is easily accessible at 53 km away and is ideal for an excursion.

The new, luxurious 5-star all-inclusive beachfront resort features an extensive complex with 358 stylishly furnished suites, most of which offer breathtaking sea views. Among the total of 7 pools are infinity and rooftop pools (Star Prestige) and a water park for children. A spa and fitness area, sports facilities, and a professional diving center ensure variety and relaxation. Junior Suite

The bright and modern Junior Suites (approx. 37 m², code: JS2/J2A) feature a double bed and a sofa bed, as well as air conditioning, TV, minibar, safe, bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, and a furnished balcony with garden view.
With the same amenities, these rooms can also be booked with a side sea view (J2S/JAS), private garden (2UG/GA2), or pool access (2YZ/2YA).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for young children.
Therefore, for security reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Junior Suite Sea View

These have the same amenities as the Junior Suites, with the addition of a sea view (code: JOV/JMA).

Suite 2 Bedrooms

These spacious 54 m² suites are located on the ground floor or first floor and feature a master bedroom with a private terrace or balcony and two armchairs, as well as a second bedroom with two single beds (code: S22/22Q).

Family Suite Ocean View

The family suites (approx. 54 m², code: ZM2/PSR) feature the same amenities as the Junior Suites but without a sofa bed, and additionally include a second bedroom with 2 single beds. They also have a balcony with sea view.

Junior Suite Sea View Connecting door

These suites consist of two Junior Suites with sea view, connected by a door. They are slightly larger at approx. 41 m² but each features the same amenities as the Junior Suites, as well as an individual terrace or balcony (code: 2FJ/JAA).

Junior Suite Star Prestige Sea View

The Star Prestige Junior Suites with sea view are approx. 37 m² in size, located on the upper floors, and feature an additional single sofa bed as well as a terrace. These suites can only be booked for adults aged 16+ and guests can enjoy special personal services such as premium drinks, signature cocktails, and adults-only areas (code: JH2/B2J).

Superior Suite Sea View with Jacuzzi

The spacious 56 m² Superior Suites with sea view feature an outdoor private whirlpool/hydromassage bathtub (code: SUM/SSY). With the same amenities, they are also bookable with a spacious terrace (code: U2M/MM2).

The spacious 56 m² Superior Suites with side sea view (code: SX2/SXA) offer an outdoor Jacuzzi in addition to the standard amenities.
Bookable for an extra charge with a direct sea view (view of Mnemba Island) (code: SXM/IX2).
The rooms are only bookable for adults aged 16 and up and offer exclusive amenities such as personalized service, premium drinks, and exclusive cocktails, as well as access to adults-only areas.

At approx. 140 m², these suites offer plenty of space and are equipped with a living area, king-size bed, minibar (for a fee), air conditioning, safe, TV, bath/WC, and a terrace with magnificent sea view and Jacuzzi (S2M/2MA). Optionally bookable for single occupancy (S1M/1MA).

Panoramic Sunrise Suite Sea View Priv. Pool (ZNZ061I)

With otherwise similar amenities, these do not have a Jacuzzi but instead feature a private pool (W2Q/WBQ).

Honeymoon Suite Ocean View (ZNZ061I)

Enjoy your honeymoon in this 140 m² suite with a spacious terrace and private pool, right by the sea with a view of Mnemba Island. The suite has a living room, a bedroom with a king-size bed, and a bathroom accessible from both rooms, equipped with a whirlpool bathtub. Upon arrival, a bottle of sparkling wine and flowers are provided. Additionally, guests receive a 30-minute couple's massage at the spa and a romantic dinner. A late check-out until 3 PM (subject to availability) is also included (PHO/PHA).
*The honeymoon experience is valid for stays within the first year after the wedding and requires the presentation of the marriage certificate.
