Located directly on the fine sandy beach. Houmt Souk, with its numerous shopping and entertainment opportunities, is approximately 10 km away, and the airport is about 20 km away.

The complex has a total of 259 rooms. Amenities include a reception, restaurant, two à la carte restaurants (Tunisian and Mediterranean specialties), various bars, shops, a hairdresser, and an indoor pool. There is also a Moorish café. The well-maintained outdoor area features a pool, terrace, and pool bar. Sun loungers, towels, and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool.

Double Room

The 22 m² comfortably furnished rooms feature a bath or shower, toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning/heating (June 1 - Sept 30 / Nov 15 - March 15, weather permitting), balcony, satellite TV, telephone, minibar, safe, and a coffee/tea making set and kettle (D/D1K).
Available at an extra charge with sea view (DM/D1M), for single use (DE/DEM), or as a Swim Up room with direct pool access (SWD).

Superior Double Room

The Superior Double Rooms have the same amenities as the Double Rooms, but are more spacious at 32 m² and offer sea and pool views. Additional amenities include bathrobes and coffee/tea making facilities and kettles (DSU/DEU).

Superior Family Room

Equipped like the double rooms, but more spacious at 45 m² and with sleeping facilities for the 3rd and 4th person (F2U).

Family Room Type B

Two double rooms with connecting door (2FB).

Super Saver Room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these can be booked at a special price, do not have a balcony, and may be located in a less desirable position (SSZ).

Double Room Swim-Up

Equipped like the double rooms. The highlight here is direct access to the shared pool (SWD).

All meals are served buffet style.
Breakfast (7-10 AM), late riser breakfast (10-11:30 AM), lunch (12:30-2:30 PM, with show cooking) and dinner (6:30-9:30 PM), snacks during the day. A small continental breakfast is available from 4-7 AM. Non-alcoholic drinks and local alcoholic beverages are offered. International alcoholic drinks are charged separately.
Option to dine once per stay in the à la carte restaurant "El Malouf" (with a minimum stay of 7 nights).

All Inclusive Plus (June 1 - Oct 31)

All meals are served buffet style.
Breakfast (7-10 AM), late riser breakfast (10-11:30 AM), lunch (12:30-2:30 PM, with show cooking) and dinner (6:30-9:30 PM), snacks during the day. Additionally, a late-night snack is available from 9:30 PM to 2 AM. Non-alcoholic and local alcoholic beverages are included 24 hours a day. International alcoholic drinks are charged separately.
Option to dine once per stay in an à la carte restaurant (with a minimum stay of 7 nights). Two restaurants are available to choose from.

Sports included

Fitness room, 4 sand tennis courts, table tennis, beach volleyball, various fitness classes such as aerobics, Zumba, yoga, and stretching. Also water polo and various board games (Scrabble, chess, checkers).

Sports for a fee

Horse riding, golf, and bicycle rental from external providers, as well as padel at the hotel.
