Location

Located in the heart of the Medina Mediterranea (Medina = old town) of Hamamet-Yasmine with its many diverse entertainment options. Nearby are various architectural attractions of Tunisia, such as the artists' village Sidi Bou Said, which is part of the Residence Diar Lemdina, and the large gate Bab Zouila, originally located in Mahdia, which has been recreated as an entrance gate.
The fine sandy beach (sun loungers included) and the promenade of Yasmine are about 300m away. The original old town of Hammamet is about 13 km away. Enfidha Airport is approximately 40 km away.

Facilities

The comfortable residence consists of 3 building wings with a total of 240 rooms, spread throughout the Medina Mediterranea. In the El Bousten wing is the lobby, 1 elevator for all guests of the residence, and a beautiful outdoor pool set in a courtyard (sun loungers, umbrellas included, towels for a deposit). The Erriadh wing has a very beautiful outdoor pool surrounded by olive trees. A heated indoor pool and a fitness room are located in the Sidi Bou Said wing, which is designed in the style of the artist village of the same name. A dining room is available for breakfast and dinner. Accommodation will be assigned in one of the 3 building wings, subject to availability. From all parts of the building, you have direct access to the old town with its winding alleys and squares, where you will find the bazaar, restaurants, cafes, bars, a disco bar, a supermarket, a public steam bath, museums, and the Carthageland theme park.
Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the beach, as well as the beach bar (open during the summer months, drinks and snacks included).
