Located directly on the fine sandy beach in the tourist zone of Mahdia. The center of Mahdia is approximately 3 km away. Enfidha Airport is approximately 115 km away.

Built in a Moorish style, the complex with 420 rooms features a lobby with reception and lobby bar, a restaurant, à-la-carte restaurants (closed in winter), 3 elevators (in the main building), and an indoor pool (also open in summer, but not heated). The outdoor area features a beautiful, large pool landscape as well as the associated water park (open only from May to October). Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included at the pool and beach.
