Directly on the fine sandy beach. The port town of Mahdia, with its colorful bazaars, shops, cafes, and numerous restaurants, is approximately 2 km away. The airport is about 50 km away.

The hotel complex consists of several buildings and has 388 rooms, a reception, elevator, restaurant, three à la carte restaurants (Tunisian, Brazilian, or Mediterranean), various bars, indoor and outdoor theaters, a disco (drinks at a charge), Moorish cafe (drinks at a charge), souvenir shop, lounge with satellite TV, and an indoor pool. The outdoor area features 5 swimming pools (one with a slide (open hourly) and 2 separate children's pools), and a sun terrace (sun loungers, umbrellas, and mattresses by the pool and beach included; beach towels at a charge and with a deposit).

Double room

The rooms are decorated in a local style and are located in the main building or an annex. They feature a bathroom/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (June 1 - September 30, seasonal), heating (November 1 - March 31, seasonal), satellite TV, telephone, mini-fridge, safe (for a deposit), and a balcony or terrace. Sea view is available at an extra charge. Double rooms for single occupancy are also available.

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but also include a bunk bed for children and are slightly more spacious.
