The Hotel Skanes Serail is located directly on the fine sandy beach of Skanes, a picturesque coastal region in Tunisia. With its dreamlike location, the hotel offers not only sea views but also proximity to the historic city of Monastir, which is just a few kilometers away. Monastir International Airport is reachable in no time, making your arrival particularly convenient. The surroundings invite you to explore and discover the local culture, while the direct beach location ensures pure relaxation.

Facilities

The Hotel Skanes Serail impresses with modern and elegant facilities spread over four floors and features a total of 225 rooms that blend harmoniously into the Mediterranean surroundings. The stylish lobby welcomes guests with friendly service, and the spacious pool area, surrounded by palm trees and comfortable sun loungers, invites you to relax. The aquapark is particularly popular with children. Culinary variety is provided by a buffet restaurant as well as two à-la-carte restaurants that spoil guests with international and Tunisian cuisine.

Superior Double Room (until 30.4.26) / Double Room (from 1.5.26)

These comfortable double rooms (D) are renovated and equipped with one double bed or two single beds. They also offer a balcony or terrace and amenities such as air conditioning and a TV (DSU/D).
Available for an extra charge with a sea view (DMU/DM) or for single occupancy or as a Single with Child room (DSE/1DS/DME/1SS/DE/D1K/DEM/D1M).
(Additionally bookable under NBEA61 as single with child (D1K) and as single with child with sea view (D1M)).
So far, the Superior rooms are the renovated rooms. Once all rooms have been renovated, there will no longer be a distinction.

Superior Family Room (until 30.4.26) / Family Room (from 1.5.26)

Ideal for families or small groups, the family room offers plenty of space. These rooms are renovated and fundamentally equipped like the double rooms, but are more spacious. The balcony offers a wonderful view (F2U/DF2).
So far, the Superior family rooms are the renovated rooms. Once all rooms have been renovated, there will no longer be a distinction.

All Inclusive

The All-Inclusive program at the Hotel Skanes Serail offers everything you need for a carefree stay. Guests enjoy rich buffets at main mealtimes: breakfast (7:00–10:00), lunch (12:30–14:30), and dinner (19:00–21:00). Snacks and small treats are available between meals, ensuring you can satisfy your hunger at any time. Two à-la-carte restaurants (Tunisian and Italian) are available for dinner (upon reservation, subject to availability).
Refreshing drinks, including soft drinks, water, local wines, beer, and selected spirits, are served at the various bars from 10:00 to 23:00. Afternoon coffee, tea, and pastries await you in the lounge from 15:00 to 17:00. Thanks to the large selection of food and drinks, you can enjoy your stay to the fullest.

All drinks after 23:00 are subject to an additional charge.

Sports included

For active guests, there is a variety of sports opportunities, including beach volleyball and water aerobics.

Sports for a fee

For a fee, guests can enjoy water sports such as jet skiing, windsurfing, and parasailing. Additionally, there is an 18-hole golf course nearby where golf enthusiasts can pursue their passion.
