One Bedroom Suite

The One Bedroom Suites (OB2/OBE) are approx. 96 m² and, in addition to the same amenities as the double rooms, feature a separate living area and a spacious bathroom with a rainfall shower and bathtub. From the large balcony, one can overlook the sea.

Destination information

Local customs and etiquette:
Omanis are known for their warmth and hospitality. Visitors should respect local customs by dressing conservatively, especially at religious sites. Public displays of affection are generally avoided, and loud or disruptive behavior is discouraged.
Photography and drones:
Always ask for permission before photographing people. Avoid taking photos of government buildings and military sites. Flying drones without a license is illegal.
Alcohol and e-cigarettes:
Alcohol can be purchased and consumed in licensed places such as hotels and restaurants, with the legal minimum age for alcohol consumption being 21. It is also possible for visitors to shop at the airport duty-free. Public drunkenness is prohibited. E-cigarettes are illegal in Oman.

Seasonal information

During the fasting month of Ramadan, there may be restrictions in hotel operations. Furthermore, hotels use this time for maintenance and minor renovation work, during which disturbances such as pool closures etc. may occur. Additionally, some restaurants may be closed, as meals are not served everywhere.
The entertainment program at the hotel is either cancelled or limited.
During Ramadan, eating, drinking, and smoking in public places is not permitted.

Entry requirements

German citizens can enter Oman visa-free for up to 14 days. Entry into Oman requires a passport valid for at least 6 months after arrival, as well as a return flight ticket, confirmed hotel reservation, health insurance, and sufficient financial means for the stay.
