Location

The popular resort is located directly on the beautiful sandy beach of Kuta. There are several restaurants and small shops in the immediate vicinity. The center of Kuta is approx. 10 minutes away. The transfer time to Denpasar airport is approx. 15 minutes.

Facilities

Modern hotel buffet area with diverse food options and stylish interior design.
The 3.8-hectare resort has a total of 493 rooms. Amenities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception and seating areas. Furthermore, the resort features a souvenir shop as well as a jeweler. Culinary options are provided by a total of two restaurants and three bars, including the "Kunyit" restaurant with Asian and local specialties and the "Sands" restaurant with international cuisine. In the spacious garden area, there is an expansive pool landscape with a pool bar. Sun loungers, bath towels, and parasols are included at the pool and on the beach.

Deluxe Double Room

The Deluxe Double Rooms are approx. 30 m² in size and feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, air conditioning, satellite TV, safe, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea maker, and a furnished balcony (DD2/DD1).

Deluxe Pool Access

With the same size and amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, the Deluxe Pool Access rooms are located on the ground floor and feature a terrace with direct pool access (DPA/PA1).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, for security reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Premier Double Room

The Premier Double Rooms have the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms but are larger (approx. 35.5 m²). Additionally, the daily replenishment of the minibar with selected drinks is included (PD2/PD1).
Also available to book with lagoon access for an additional charge (P2L).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.

Restrictions due to the Balinese holiday Nyepi

The "Nyepi Day," also known as the "Day of Silence," is the most important holiday on Bali.
During this time (24 hours), strict rules apply that severely restrict tourism.
The date is determined annually by the lunar calendar and usually takes place in March.
Arrival and departure are not possible on the Day of Silence, and the airport is also closed.
