Location

This modern resort on two islands is located in the southern Dhaalu Atoll. An island measuring approx. 1,000 m x 200 m, called "CHILL", is connected by a jetty to a second island measuring approx. 730 m x 330 m, called "PLAY". The outer reef is located at a distance of approx. 200 m. The transfer time from the destination airport Malé is approx. 30 minutes by domestic flight, followed by an approx. 5-minute onward transfer by boat. Seaplane transfer can be booked for an additional charge.

The two islands (a total of 134 villas and pavilions) offer ideal holiday conditions for both active couples and those seeking relaxation, as well as families. Amenities include the reception area, a spa, the kids' club, and a variety of sporting activities. The 10 different restaurants are distributed across both islands and provide a variety of culinary delights. On "CHILL", alongside the main restaurant "Epicure", you will also find the à-la-carte restaurant "Tribal" serving African and South American cuisine. The rooftop bar "Fahrenheit", the beach bar "Dune", the coffee shop "The Deli", a swimming pool, a boutique, and a library complete the island's offering. On "PLAY", there is the "Blu" restaurant with Mediterranean cuisine as well as the à-la-carte restaurant "Nest", featuring Asian delicacies and integrated into the vegetation as a treehouse, the "Surf Shack" food truck, and another swimming pool. The fine dining restaurant "Edge", the "Edge Bar", and the underwater lounge "Subsix" are located 500 m off the island in the sea. The professional photo studio "SNAP" and another boutique round off the resort's offerings. Sun umbrellas, loungers with pads, and pool towels are available free of charge at the pool and on the beach.

Beach Villa

The Beach Villas are approx. 135 m² (incl. outdoor area), detached, and located directly on the beach on the islands "CHILL" and "PLAY". They feature a semi-open bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, shower/WC, and separate outdoor shower, bathrobe/slippers, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV with Bose® surround system, DVD player with Bose® system (on request), telephone, safe, minibar, coffee/tea maker, espresso machine, popcorn machine, terrace with sun loungers, sea view, and private garden area. Beach Villa Pool

The Beach Villas with Pool are more spacious (approx. 190 m²) and, with the same facilities as the Beach Villa, additionally feature a private pool in the garden area. (1BP/VPZ)

Overwater Pool Villa

With the same facilities (approx. 175 m² incl. outdoor area) as the Beach Villa, but built over the water without an outdoor shower, with a closed bathroom, large sun deck with private pool, and direct access to the sea. (WVP)

Deluxe Beach Villa Pool

The stylish Deluxe Beach Pool Villas (approx. 190 m²) feature a bathroom with bathtub/shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, minibar, telephone, coffee/tea maker, TV, and Wi-Fi, as well as a king-size bed. They also offer a spacious outdoor terrace with a private pool, direct beach access, and an open-plan bathroom with an outdoor shower. (V2H)

BB/HB/FB

Rich breakfast buffet included. With booked half-board, dinner is additionally included as a set menu in the "Epicure" or "BLU" restaurant. With booked full-board, lunch is additionally included as a 3-course menu in the "BLU" or "Dune" restaurant. Alternatively, lunch can be taken at "The Deli" or "Foodtruck". In the other selected restaurants, the booked board basis will be credited proportionally.

Exceptions are changes due to flight delays, bad weather, or long waiting times at immigration (in these cases, our local agency will take care of a possible overnight stay).
Seaplane flights and most boat transfers (depending on the location of the island), as well as currently mostly domestic flights, are only operated during the day. It may therefore be necessary to spend an overnight stay in Malé.

The baggage allowance for seaplanes is 20 kg + 3 kg of hand luggage per person. Excess baggage must be paid for on-site (approx. 5 USD per kg). Excess baggage is usually delivered by boat at a later time.

In the Maldives, sinks or even bathtubs/whirlpools may be integrated openly into the general living area of the hotel room without spatial separation.

In the Maldives, most rooms are equipped with one or two queen/king-size beds. With an occupancy of 2 adults + 1 or 2 children, there may only be 1 or 2 large beds available in total. Accordingly, it may happen that when 2 adults + 1 or 2 children are in a room, a child must sleep in the parents' bed.
