Location

The resort is located on the island of Dhigurah in the Gaafu Alifu Atoll and is connected to The Residence Falhumaafushi by a jetty.
Transfer from the airport is by domestic flight (approx. 55 minutes) and speedboat (approx. 7 minutes).

The Residence Dhigurah features a total of 173 luxuriously furnished villas. Amenities include an open reception area with a front desk and seating, as well as a boutique and a souvenir shop. Dining options are provided by four restaurants: "The Dining Room" restaurant serving international cuisine, the "Li Bai" restaurant featuring classic Cantonese cuisine, and the "Earth Table" restaurant with a "farm-to-fork" concept. Enjoy cool refreshments and exotic cocktails at a total of three bars. Furthermore, the resort features a café. Located directly on the beach is a beach club with a 42-meter infinity pool and views of the Indian Ocean. The house reef offers an optimal opportunity to explore the breathtaking underwater world of the Gaafu Alifu Atoll. Sun loungers and parasols are provided free of charge at the pool and on the beach.

Lagoon Pool Villa

With the same features and size as the Sunrise Beach Pool Villa, the Lagoon Pool Villa is built on stilts over the lagoon and offers direct access to the sea. (2XP)

Sunrise Water Pool Villa

With the same features as the Lagoon Pool Villa, the Sunrise Water Pool Villa is larger (approx. 152 m²) (WXS). Also bookable with Sunset View for an extra charge (WXT).

Deluxe Sunrise Beach Pool Villa

Breakfast with sparkling wine and a wide international selection in the main restaurant "The Dining Room". Lunch and dinner as part of the Dine-Around concept in selected restaurants (reservations may be required). Selected alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, draft beer, house wine by the glass, spirits, cocktails, juices, tea, coffee, water, and ice cream during meals in the restaurants and from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. at the respectively open bar. Daily replenishment of the minibar with beer, juices, soft drinks, and snacks. Additionally, a house reef briefing is included once per stay.

Exceptions are changes due to flight delays, bad weather, or long waiting times during immigration (in such cases, our local agency will take care of a potential overnight stay).
Seaplane flights and most boat transfers (depending on the location of the island) as well as currently most domestic flights are only carried out during the day. It may therefore be necessary to have an overnight stay in Male.
