Location

Located on the inhabited island of Hanimadhoo, in the Haa Dhaalu Atoll, in the still largely untouched northern part of the Maldives. The domestic flight transfer time is approx. 45 minutes, followed by a 15-minute transfer from the airport to the hotel. Occasionally, the domestic flight lands at Kuludufushi, followed by a speedboat transfer (approx. 30 minutes).

The ECO barefoot hotel features 64 rooms and 5 heritage villas, spread across single-story bungalows with 4-10 units each. The special "Barefoot" hotel concept is based on eco-tourism. Other hotel facilities include a reception area and a boutique with a tailor shop. The main restaurant treats guests to breathtaking sea views and serves Mediterranean, Oriental, and international cuisine. Next to the restaurant is the bar, which invites you to relax with a cool drink and a magnificent view. Furthermore, there is a floating bar where alcoholic beverages are available. Surrounded by coconut palms, you will find the 25-meter-long swimming pool. Sun loungers, parasols, and bath towels are included at the pool and on the private beach.

Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
