Sunrise Serene Pool Villa

The modern villas (approx. 144 m²) feature a freestanding bathtub and a rain shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe/slippers, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee/still water included), coffee/tea-making facilities, as well as a private outdoor area with sun loungers/parasols, a private pool, and direct beach access (V2X). Also available for booking on the sunset side for an additional charge (V2S).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for young children. Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for bookings of these room types for children.

Sunrise Aqua Pool Villa

With similar amenities to the Serene Pool Villa, these villas (approx. 123 m²) are situated on stilts over the sea (WXS). Also available for booking on the sunset side for an additional charge (WXT).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for young children. Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for bookings of these room types for children.

Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
There may be 1–2 stopovers on seaplane transfers.
For arrivals/departures outside these times, an overnight stay in Malé must be booked in advance. The costs for this are to be borne by the guest. Exceptions include changes due to flight delays, bad weather, or long waiting times during entry (in which case our local agency will take care of a potential overnight stay).

Seaplane flights and most boat transfers (depending on the island's location), as well as most current domestic flights, only operate during daylight hours. Therefore, an overnight stay in Malé may be necessary.

In the Maldives, most rooms are equipped with one or two queen/king-size beds. For an occupancy of 2 adults + 1 or 2 children, there may only be a total of 1 or 2 large beds available. Consequently, it may happen that when 2 adults + 1 or 2 children stay in one room, a child may have to sleep in the parents' bed.
