Location

The island paradise, surrounded by turquoise blue water and almost untouched reefs, is located on an island 750 m long and 250 m wide with lush tropical vegetation in the north of the Maldives. The house reef is approx. 50 m away. The transfer time from Male airport is approx. 45 minutes by seaplane.

Facilities

The tropical resort complex embodies the ideal of a relaxing, quiet Maldivian dream far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Only a total of 50 villas are spread across the extensive island, thus offering plenty of space for peace and privacy. Further amenities of the resort, which is particularly popular with couples, include an open reception area with a lobby, the main restaurant "The Palm Restaurant" (international and local cuisine), the à la carte restaurant "Thari", two bars, a photo studio and boutique, as well as the swimming pool with sun terrace and pool bar.

Beach Villa

The very spacious villas (approx. 175 m² incl. outdoor area) are located on the east side of the island, amidst tropical vegetation, and have a bathroom/WC, freestanding bathtub, indoor and outdoor rain shower, hairdryer, air conditioning and ceiling fan, Wi-Fi access (free of charge), minibar (soft drinks, water, juice and small (partly homemade) snacks included), safe, telephone, coffee/tea maker, and a terrace with a daybed and sun loungers. Beach Pool Villa

The rooms (approx. 220 m² incl. outdoor area), with similar amenities to the Beach Villas, additionally feature a private pool on the large sun terrace. (VPZ/1BP)

Water Villa

The villas, built on stilts over the water, are approx. 186 m² (incl. outdoor area) and offer direct access to the sea via stairs. They have similar amenities to the Beach Villas. (2WV/1WV) For an additional charge, they are also available with a pool (WVP) or on the sunset side with a pool.

Hotel-independent transfer information:
Speedboat: Operates for expected arrival/departure between 5 am and 11 pm // Domestic (Domestic flight): Operates for arrivals/departures between 9:30 am and 4 pm // Seaplane: Operates for arrivals/departures between 9 am and 3 pm.
Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
The seaplane transfer may involve 1-2 intermediate landings.
If arrival/departure is outside the above times, due to bad weather, or for longer waiting times upon entry, an overnight stay in Male may be required.

In the Maldives, most rooms are equipped with one or two queen/king-size beds. For an occupancy of 2 adults + 1 or 2 children, there may be only 1 or 2 large beds available in total. Accordingly, it may happen that in a room for 2 adults + 1 or 2 children, one child has to sleep in the parents' bed.

All flight transfers as well as most boat transfers (depending on the island's location) are only operated during the day. Therefore, an overnight stay in Male (near the airport) may be necessary.
