Location

The island, measuring almost 800 m in length and approx. 400 m in width, is located on the eastern outer reef of the North Male Atoll and is particularly popular with surfers. The house reef is approx. 150 m from the beach. The transfer time to the airport is approx. 25 minutes by speedboat.

Facilities

Surrounded by lush, tropical vegetation, the resort features a spacious reception area with seating groups, various small shops, a main restaurant, four bars, a beach disco pub, an internet corner (for a fee), and a souvenir shop. In the outdoor area, there is a small swimming pool with a sun terrace. Bath towels are included.

Beach Villa

The spacious beach villas with semi-open bathrooms feature an open-air outdoor shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, ceiling fan, telephone, safe, satellite TV, minibar (included), coffee and tea-making facilities, and a terrace facing the sea (2BV/1BV). Can also be booked facing the sunset for an additional charge (S2V). Also available as Beach Villa Type I; these have the same equipment and size as the Beach Villa but represent a limited contingent at a special price (EE2/EE1).

Garden Villa

Located in the garden area of the island interior, these are slightly smaller than the Beach Villas but feature the same amenities, without an outdoor shower (GV2/GV1).

Ocean Villa Sunrise

The luxurious villas are located in the Prestige area along a 500m long wooden jetty, built on stilts over the lagoon. They feature a spacious bathroom with a separate shower, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, telephone, safe, satellite TV, CD/DVD player, Wi-Fi (incl.), minibar, Nespresso coffee machines, and air conditioning. The terrace deck offers comfortable sun loungers, seating, and a view of the sunrise; a small staircase provides direct access to the sea (2OR). Can also be booked facing the sunset for an additional charge (2OT).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased potential hazard for small children. Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Ocean Villa Sunset

With the same amenities as the Ocean Villas Sunrise, these are located on the sunset side (2OT).

Sunset Beach Villa

These have the same amenities as the Beach Villas but are located on the west side of the island and offer a view of the sunset (S2V). Also available as Sunset Beach Villa Type I; these have the same equipment and size as the Sunset Beach Villa but represent a limited contingent at a special price (NI2).

Deluxe Beach Villa

Same amenities as the Beach Villas, slightly more modern with additional "bean bags" in the room (D2V/D1V). Also available as Deluxe Beach Villa Type I; these have the same equipment and size as the Deluxe Beach Villa but represent a limited contingent at a special price (HR2/HR1).

1 Bedroom Family Beach Villa

The One Bedroom Family Beach Villas are approx. 82 m² and feature two bedrooms, air conditioning, ceiling fan, two bathrooms with shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, minibar, coffee/tea-making facilities, espresso machine, safe, and a furnished terrace. The villas are located directly on the beach. (DF2)

2 Bedroom Family Beach Villa

Same amenities as the Beach Villa but larger (approx. 111 m²) and with an additional "bean bag" seating area as well as a separate sleeping room for children (FBV).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style in the main restaurant. Breakfast from 7:30-9:30 am, lunch from 12:30-2:30 pm, and dinner from 7:30-9:30 pm. Morning snacks from 10-11 am, coffee, tea, and pastries from 4:30-5 pm, and midnight snacks from 11 pm-midnight at the "Hiyala Bar". Selected international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks 24 hours a day at the main bar. In addition to the Premium All Inclusive, an extended selection of premium drinks, dine-around (à la carte and buffet, subject to reservation and availability), as well as one excursion per stay (e.g., sunset cruise or dolphin cruise). For bookings of 6 nights or more, both excursions are included. The minibar is stocked daily with beer, juice, soft drinks, bottled mineral water, small packs of milk, and chocolates. Additionally, a spa credit of 50 USD per person is included.

Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfers are possible.
There may be 1–2 stopovers during seaplane transfers.
For arrivals/departures outside these times, an overnight stay in Male must be booked in advance. The costs for this are to be borne by the guest. Exceptions are changes due to flight delays, bad weather, or long waiting times upon entry (in which case our local agency will take care of a potential overnight stay).
"Hudhuran Fushi" is considered a paradise for experienced surfers.
