Location

The resort is located amidst the tranquil blue waters of the North Male Atoll, surrounded by excellent diving and snorkeling opportunities. The transfer time by speedboat from the main island of Male is approximately 20 minutes.

The island features 109 villas, spread across both the land and over the water. Amenities include an art center, a boutique, and a jewelry store. A total of eight restaurants and lounges cater to your culinary needs. The "Beach Shack" is located directly on the beach and serves fresh pizza, grilled meat specialties, and seafood, while the main restaurant is "Habitat". Italian specialties and seafood are prepared in the overwater restaurant "Origin". The "Aura Pool Bar & Cocktail Lab" is perfect for refreshments and cocktails. For champagne and local gin, the overwater bar "Eden" serves over 30 different varieties of gin and more than 45 types of champagne. Another highlight is "SIP", a tea lounge with 51 varieties of tea; the hotel serves tea-based cocktails, sparkling teas, and even a kombucha made from fermented tea. Freshly prepared, healthy drinks are served in the "Skye" lounge within the Amingiri Spa. There is also the "Re:Fuel" lounge, where non-alcoholic beverages and snacks are served exclusively for teenagers. The resort has a large swimming pool. Sun loungers, pool towels, and parasols are provided free of charge.

Overwater Pool Villa

The approx. 154m² Overwater Pool Villa is situated on stilts directly over the water and features an indoor and outdoor shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, minibar (for a fee), tea/coffee making facilities, safe, and a private pool on the furnished terrace (WVP).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children. Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for bookings of these room types.

Beach Pool Villa

The Beach Pool Villa (approx. 138m²) features the same amenities as the Overwater Pool Villa but is located directly on the beach and additionally has private beach access. Also bookable as a Family Beach Pool Villa with an additional sofa bed (VPZ).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children. Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for bookings of these room types.

Overwater Suite with Pool

The approx. 181m² Overwater Suite with Pool also features the same amenities as the Overwater Pool Villa but is larger with a separate living area, which is separated by a sliding door (O2G).

Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
Seaplane transfers may include 1–2 stopovers.
For arrivals/departures outside these times, an overnight stay in Male must be booked in advance. The costs for this must be borne by the guest. Excluded are changes due to flight delays, bad weather, or long waiting times at immigration (in such cases, our local agency will handle a possible overnight stay).

In the Maldives, most rooms are equipped with one or two queen/king-size beds. With an occupancy of 2 adults + 1 or 2 children, there may only be a total of 1 or 2 large beds available.
