The luxurious complex comprises a total of 142 spacious villas and residences. Facilities include an open reception area with seating and a boutique. A variety of restaurants and bars provide a culinary experience. "The Gallery," the resort's main restaurant, offers international cuisine. "Bluefin" is a modern Mediterranean restaurant that delights with fresh seafood and contemporary creations. Located right on the water, it also offers live music for a relaxed atmosphere. "Sunset Social," a stylish overwater bar, is the perfect place to enjoy a cocktail while watching the spectacular sunset. "The Club," an exclusive restaurant offering international delicacies in the form of tapas, snacks, and a diverse buffet, provides even more culinary variety. Additionally, there is the Coco Drift Bar, which serves light snacks and cocktails during the day. The expansive outdoor area invites you to relax: the generous pool area with a private quiet pool ensures sufficient privacy, while the Sunset Social area serves as a relaxed meeting point for guests who wish to enjoy the quiet atmosphere and the view of the open sea. Numerous sun loungers, parasols, and cushions are available to guests free of charge.

Accommodation

Overwater Villa Jacuzzi

The Overwater Villa Jacuzzi is built on stilts over the ocean and is approx. 78 m² in size. The villa features a bathroom with shower/WC, Jacuzzi, bathrobes/slippers, hairdryer, air conditioning, ceiling fan, satellite TV, telephone, safe, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea maker, as well as a furnished terrace with a Jacuzzi and direct access to the sea (JW2).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety hazard for small children. Therefore, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types for safety reasons.

Overwater Pool Villa

With similar facilities to the Overwater Villa Jacuzzi, the Overwater Pool Villa is larger (approx. 100 m²) and additionally features a private pool (WVP). Available on the sunset side for an additional charge (WXT).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety hazard for small children. Therefore, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types for safety reasons.

Sunset Beach Pool Villa

With similar facilities to the Overwater Pool Villa, the Sunset Beach Pool Villa is larger (approx. 120 m²) and offers direct beach access (V2S). Available on the sunrise side for an additional charge (V2X).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety hazard for small children. Therefore, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types for safety reasons.

Rich breakfast buffet. When booking half board, dinner is included in buffet form at "The Gallery" restaurant or, alternatively, as a 3-course menu at selected à-la-carte restaurants. When booking full board, lunch and dinner are also included, offered either in buffet form or as a 3-course menu at selected restaurants. Two selected non-alcoholic or alcoholic drinks are included with lunch and dinner.

With the Atollia Destination half board plus package, a rich breakfast can be enjoyed at "The Sailhouse" or "The Gallery."
